A great all round experience - very easy, friendly and helpful signing up and then once all the checks went through, a job straight away at a lovely school! Super :)

Airsupply is a great agency to work for! My first job as a supply teacher was arranged by Airsupply. They always maintain professional relationships and always there to support me and make sure that I get suitable jobs according to my qualifications and experience. My experience with Airsupply has been fantastic and I would strongly recommend this agency to all of my teacher friends. Thank you Duncan for the amazing placements.

The staff of Hatherop Primary was extremely welcoming and I was left a step by step plan for the day. The teacher assistant, Nikki, was friendly and very helpful. The children were polite, well- disciplined and not at all precocious. All in all it was a delightful experience for me to teach there and being employed by Airsupply always runs smoothly.

I've had the pleasure of working as a supply teacher with Airsupply for the past 2 years. This agency stands out as exceptionally supportive, consistently placing me in lovely schools. Unlike my experiences with other agencies, I've never felt pressured to accept a role, which truly sets them apart.

The agency's commitment to treating their teachers well is evident in every interaction. The freedom to set my own rate and the user-friendly app make the entire process incredibly convenient. I'm primarily prebooked in advance, so I don’t need to wait around to be called upon in the morning.

Having worked with various agencies, I can confidently say that this one is the best by far. It's worth mentioning that even though it's a relatively new agency, the impact they've made is remarkable. I hope to see more schools joining them.

A wonderful teaching experience working at Mayville Primary School for the past 5months. I was made to feel very welcome by Staff Parents and of course the Children.
An excellent learning environment which not only embraces the knowledge skills ability of a young learner but also their social well being.

Lovely school. The teachers and TAs are helpful, friendly and welcoming. The children I taught were extremely well behaved and enthusiastic about their learning.

Head teacher and deputy were very welcoming. The school were very organised and had a supply folder in place with all necessary information. Class had a TA in the morning who was very supportive.

I would recommend Air Supply to all teachers out there both doing and considering supply work. The app is user friendly, makes things far easier than going back and forth with a typical agency, and you get paid ALOT more. The school also saves money too which is a win win!

A great agency to work for! Amazing placements with competitive rates. Based on my skills, experience, locality and availability, this agency offered me the flexibility I needed which was really important to me. They were able to match my needs in regards to age groups and geographical areas requested, which gave me job opportunities that I was always happy to do. Communication was always professional and supportive. I always felt that there was a caring consultant at the end of the phone at all times. My experience has been totally positive and I would strongly recommend this agency to all of my teacher friends.

The best supply agency I've worked for by far. The app is fantastic: you can browse jobs easily and the integrated maps function is hugely helpful for working out the locations of schools. I love the fact that accepting work is completely up to me and I'm not badgered by calls and texts begging me to work, which I have found somewhat off-putting in the past. That said, Duncan and the team really take the time to get to know you and your preferences so there is a nice personal touch. A lot of work has clearly gone into creating links with schools and they genuinely seem to prefer Airsupply to other agencies. The schools I have worked in have all been fantastic and welcoming (SW London). Teachers can set their own pay, which is such a breath of fresh air and payment is really quick, made the next week. Highly recommended!

The difficult part is when there are more than one opportunities at a school. This happened this time and I have learnt from previous experience. If some of the supply cover is cancelled at the school it is not always very clear if this is the job that you are doing. It would be better only to give cancellations for the job a person is expecting to undertake rather than give cancellations for the whole school. That apart, I knew which class I was teaching.

I haven't been with them very long but they seem to offer a wide range of teaching opportunities. My consultant is helpful and happily answers any questions I may have.

Airsupply kept in contact with me by phone, SMS & email to make sure that I received all my updates & messages. This made a huge difference to me because I tend not to see my emails until later in the day but I see SMS messages instantly.
They also backed up all information that I needed about the job by registering it on the App.

My experience at this school was amazing. They have lovely staff who are patience and kind. The students were very lovely and have good manners. I would love to go back again.
