An Exceptional Platform for Supply Teachers!
A unique, modern and efficient way for teachers and schools to find each other. Compared to most supply agencies, schools pay less while teachers get to choose their own rate and are therefore paid more. Teachers and schools are able to build relationships, and have an element of choice when pairing up.
How it works: Schools advertise roles via the online platform. Teachers will then receive an text/email, if the school if within a set distance (calculated by the individuals preference). Teachers are then able to express their interest. Schools then receive notification of interested teachers and select from those.
It is extremely easy to use and efficient for all parties. Duncan and his team are very friendly, professional and approachable. They are committed to meeting the needs of all their teachers and schools.
I am a teacher, who is with two supply agencies. I have received the majority of my placements through Airsupply and definitely prefer the way they operate. I highly recommend them to all teachers and schools.

Airsupply is an exceptional, caring agency. They have worked hard on my behalf to find the roles that meet my current needs. Duncan and his team are accessible and committed to their principles that school's pay less and teachers earn more. I feel comfortable to call them anytime with queries or issues and I have always recieved open and honest responses. They are a small agency; however, are constantly adding schools to their portfolio. If you are looking for an agency with a more personal touch, Airsupply is the one. It has been thoroughly refreshing working with them and I would highly recommend this agency to schools and teachers.

Honest agency
Airsupply were friendly and seemed honest. They got me long term work quickly. There were some teething problems with payment systems, but they were responsive and seem to be trying to improve their systems.
