Absolutely professional , prompt and thorough service, the updates on ETA are so useful for busy people too as it meant i didnt have to wait around all morning or afternoon for the engineer to arrive, will definitely use again and highly reccomend.

Tyler was a pleasant polite young man who was knowledgeable we did have a slight leak in one of the connecting pipes but he very kindly came back same day to fix it would recommend this company.

Had a new cylinder installed by Alford Plumbing and Heating and had a great experience from start to finish. They fitted new boiler, decommissioned old one and took it away,
They even came back to sort a timer issue which was caused by my tenant. The office staff are friendly, helpful an professional. The Engineer was tidy, and reliable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Once again, I was happy to ask Alford Plumbing & Heating to replace my Worcester Bosch boiler. The work was carried out on the arranged date (28/09/2022), quickly and cleanly. The engineer pointed out the small amount of water spillage from the boiler replacement, after he had cleaned it up and when he left everything was clean and tidy.

Alford plumbing came and replaced the shower unit in my en-suite, arrived on time carried out the work as agreed and left, no mess no fuss, brilliant.

Really impressed with the efficiency of Alford Plumbing. They service our boiler on an annual basis but this time they had to replace an ancient stopcock and washer in our bath. The work was completed within the estimated time and at the estimated cost.

Our shower cubicle had become scruffy and shabby. Alford came along and replaced the old cubicle and made the shower feel brand new. They arrived on time and cheerfully carried out the job exactly as they said they would.
