Called out early Sunday morning to leak in rental property. Glen attempted promptly, solved the issue and gave tenant good advice. Many thanks, would use again.

Called at 11.30pm and Glenn arrived about midnight. Had a leak which was causing water to drip through the kitchen ceiling. Glenn identified the problem and enabled me to take precautionary measures until he and a colleague came the following day to fix it. Our loss of hot water and heating was less than a day. I had not expected the issue to be resolved so quickly. Excellent service.

Called 8.30 Christmas morning and they arrived at 9.15. Problem fixed within an hour - new tap. First class service. Thank you Glenn.

Had just the right equipment and sorted out the problem within 45 minutes.

I thought the service was excellent phone them at 7 o’clock in morning by 830 there was some one here to have a look. Then the same day the job was done which I think was a job well done because i could have been with out water until it was done

We have used ALK three times now. They answer the phone, come out in emergencies, do the job well and are polite with reasonable fees. What more could you want? One number you can be sure I’ll hang onto.

ALK Plumbing carried out a difficult refurbishment to our flat in Becket House. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even continued to work when the lifts were out of order, carrying heavy plasterboard up 85 steps.
Their work is to the highest standard and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I have rarely come across someone in the plumbing / services sector who is so prompt, efficient, honest and knowledgeable! In less than a day of registering my enquiry (noting the query was raised at the weekend too!!!) I heard back from Glen and he offered to come round and view the plumbing issue so that he could get a good sense of what the issue was, how it could be solved and his recommendation as to how it could be moved forward. What initially appeared (to an untrained plumbers eye like mine) to be a simple fix in reality wasn't, but instead of just giving a price he clearly explained exactly what would need to happen and why (and in fact I had to push for a price as he was clearly suggesting it wasn't worth the money to have the work done). I wasn't being fed a line at all. In fact I was surprised with his honest recommendation workaround which would not require his services. There was absolutely nothing in it for him and I truly thank him for his honesty and transparency. Brilliant customer service and I would highly recommend him!

Called Glen to inspect some leaking pipework to one of the riser cupboards in our residential building.
He arrived within the hour and carried out the repair promptly. Very fair price and a really nice chap.

Called ALK plumbing this morning with an emergency issue we had in our cafe, I explained that we needed to job done urgently before the lunch rush. Glen arrived with the hour and fixed our issue straight away. Very professional, highly recommend.

Phoned them about 9am for an estimate ,had a call back within an hour from Rick the plumber and he got to us within the time he said and fixed our toilet system no problem ,very pleased no mess , very polite young man so many thanks ,

Great service from this company this evening. They arrived within an hour to deal with a blocked drain. The drain was flushed and unblocked and the source of the problem was identified. The guys were polite, explained what they were doing and put everything back as they found it.

After using a previous company who unfortunately had broken our toilet flusher system whilst trying to repair a leak on a flush pipe, we contacted ALK to help and resolve the problem which they did! The problem was resolved and the leak was even looked at, the communication was so quick and both Glen & Ricky were really helpful and professional. Definitely recommend and will reuse them if we ever needed to.

The Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson of the plumbing and drainage industry! Rick and Glen solved a drainage issue that had puzzled other plumbers and even Dyno-Rod. We were so grateful for their prompt response and for explaining the problem and giving us advice should we have any further issues.

Absolutely amazing! I had a massive leak in the kitchen this morning and they came to my house within 15 minutes after my call. It took less than an hour to fix the leak and change the tap. Very happy with quality work Glen did. Highly recommended!
