I had my bag stolen by my taxi driver. I called 30 seconds after getting out the car as I realised my bag wasn’t on me. The taxi driver said the bag wasn’t in the car even after I cried to him explaining I had all my keys, purse and personal items in the bag and that I would pay him for returning it to me. They were extremely rude over the phone, trying to make out I was lying about my bag being in the taxi. I will never use this taxi firm again.

Booked a taxi in advance for 8.10pm at 3pm and had to ring round other taxi firms because it’s 8.30pm and they’ve no idea when they can get a cab to us.

Called up to request a taxi from 7s to Bournemouth town centre and was told (very rudely) that he wouldn’t book a taxi from here due to I would just get “smashed up” and “walk across the road”. I asked if I could book it from a home location down the road ( my nans house to be precise) , yet was blatantly refused. What if I didn’t drink alcohol ? How would he know ? This situation was handled very badly and offered no help.

Reposting as my review doesn’t seem to be showing from Sunday. Husband left phone in car, called company within minutes of taxi leaving so before their next pick up, driver said phone was not in vehicle. Not true, it was and still no response to say they have it. Do not trust this company and will never use again, telling as many people in my network as possible. Will keep posting this rectified if it is removed again

Well it really doesn’t surprise me that 83% of people have given this company a bad review . Terrible operator who has no idea what he is doing to a taxi that didn’t turn up although o saw 4 empty taxis in that time. I was waiting On a street corner with my 7 year old and they were so rude and basically said they couldn’t tell me if it would be 5 mins or 5 hours although it had been pre-booked through an operator 3 hours previously - get your act together United and start giving the people in this area a decent service otherwise you don’t deserve to have a business. I feel sure I would never get a response to this email from them as they don’t give a monkeys what people think of them they just take the money ( when they turn up)

I’ve had so many issues with this taxi company so I’ve decided to make a review which is something I don’t normally do. The phone operator was the most rudest person I have ever spoke to in my life! when being a service user. I actually can’t believe how disgusting a human being can be. It was raining so I called a taxi. 5mins went past and the taxi still didn’t arrive & I lived 10mins away, so as a normal person would do, I called to cancel. The man had the cheek to tell me it’s not a plane, taxis don’t come straight away & the driver is almost here and I said is it almost here then? Because I can’t see it and he said no it’s fine if you want to cancel do that it’s fine but.. and then he started waffling and I was like okay bye. What the hell was the point for his 2penny comment?, he should be grateful that I called in to cancel and I even asked him if the driver is here and he said no it’s fine you can cancel. I’m not a snowflake, I’m not easily offended but I think this is the same person who refused to let me update the location even tho it was a 3min change for the driver. I wanted to get picked up from my home address rather than a local shop but no apparently that’s so much of hassle for them. I guess it’s my fault for using their service but just some advice to the vile man honesty if you are providing a service don’t pick an attitude with people who are paying to use your service, I understand a job is stressful regardless of what your doing but don’t pick a sarcastic rude attitude with customers! Simple as or just change your job if you can’t deal with customers. I have saved this number as do not call so I never call them again. Stick to Ubers everyone. I hope the phone operator sorts his attitude out. I don’t feel like calling to complain because nothing will happen. Some further advice too, If I want to cancel a taxi do not question me, unless the driver is here and you are happy to provide me the drivers number. I’m not a difficult person but don’t ever speak to people like they're nothing. That’s some basic customer service advice. I feel like some of these reviews are fake and if anyone from the taxi firm wants to apologise for that rude operator it would appreciate that but I’m assuming you probably won’t and Blame the customer as usual. I hope this review was helpful, please don’t waste your money people on this. Honestly paying the average £7.50 for a 10min journey it’s not with it at all, when you have to deal with some child on the other line. There’s taxi firms who have similar charges but they do the job, have manners and give you respect.

useless drivers just had one playing silly buggers on the road,.swerving in and out and nearly hit a school van on the other side of the road. I pulled up to his side when I could and told him he was an idiot and he tried to stare me down.......they clearly think there special

Awful company . I have used them for a while due to being out of having a car since I moved . One of the valuable regular customers . Several times I’ve had shopping go missing from the shop to the taxi
Upon calling up the taxi drivers deny it and basically blame you .
Will not be using again

We book a taxi through the app and the booking was confirmed. The booking was made 1 hour and 45 minutes before the pick up. No text, no phone call out of courtesy to say the driver was going to be late!
We call the office and they say they could say what time the driver will be able to come!!!
My question to anyone that is reading this is, how would you feel if you are fully let down by a taxi company that accept a booking and don’t turn up??? We cancelled the booking and it ruined the night!!! Thanks to United taxis!!!
I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.... as it is NOT a trusted company!
