Insufficient stock
I ordered online and appreciate it was sat morning however I hoped that it would be processed early Monday for tues delivery as had booked someone to paint my decking
Unfortunately when I contacted you to check on delivery, I was told that you didn’t have 20 litres (my order) so it wudnt be delivered the following day - I was disappointed and explained the situation - the guy that I spoke with said he could send 3 x 5 litre tins the following day and the 4th one the day after - so that’s what happened. If he hadn’t come up with this suggestion- I wud have been very unhappy that you hadn’t got enough stock as you came highly recommended
I would have given 5 stars if this hadn’t been the case
