Real-time stock info would help
I have bought from you before and have been happy with the process.
This time you did not have the item in stock but did not notify me of this. I was expecting next day delivery but it did not arrive.
I needed the paint urgently so was able to phone, learn about the stock issue and cancel my order after contacting you. I was able to buy the paint locally that day for a similar price. The websites of many suppliers will alert if an item is not in stock so unavailable for quick despatch. I hope you will have this feature in future.
