Hi Helena, I have reviewed the call recordings on the 8th and 9th of May. Your Mercedes had broken down on the M20 and you had left it overnight on the hardsholder. You asked us to collect it and take it to a garage in Folkestone. You asked for a price and we quoted you. We also explained that if Cars are left overnight on the motorway they are normally towed away and impounded. But you still asked for us to pick it up.
Unfortunately the car had been impounded and after an hour of searching our driver couldn't find the car.
You then rang the next day and told us you had found it and it had been impounded and asked us to pick it up from the impound.
So although we quoted you for a job to pick up your car on the M20 and take to Folkestone Garage. The job you finally asked us to do was pick the car up from the impound, which is an entirely different job. And we did not quote you for this and increase it 300%
