Booking through Alpine Answers was so easy. Their team has been so responsive via phone and email whenever I have had a query or needed support seeking additional information.
I even mistakenly overpaid my accommodation costs, after factoring in multiple payments from different parties. Alpine Answers quickly identified the error and the money was immediately transferred back to my account at a very reasonable exchange rate.
Couldn’t be happier with their service. Am looking forward to arriving at our accommodation in a couple of months.

Expert alpine knowledge
I have used Alpine Answers for all my ski trips for the last 27 years or so. Earl is extremely knowledgable about alpine resorts including snow surety, accommodation, range of pistes and their expected level of difficulty, off piste opportunities, ski hire, night life, transfers and what each resort has to offer. He arranges my trips with the utmost efficiency and can tailor each experience to your expectations and requirements and has never let us down. Would have no hesitation in recommending Alpine Answers for all your future ski holidays.
