Much nicer overall than going direct to ski operators
First family holiday skiing with kids - I initially went direct to a few skiing operators but found their sales teams lacking in knowledge and enthusiasm. I felt as though just by looking at the brochures carefully that I knew more than them. I then came across Alpine Answers - gave them a quick call, really just to find out more about how they might help. Immediately, Oscar at Alpine Answers was very helpful - he had learnt to ski himself at the resort we were keenest on, so was able to give us his own point of view. He knew which countries and resorts would be more costly / better for kids to learn / different atmospheres etc. He sent over 3 or 4 suggestions within our budget with a note or two about why they might be a good fit - very very useful.
The booking process online at some of the tour operators was doable but clunky, so it was hard to know whether you were doing things correctly to get any discounts (like 50% off ski hire with a pass etc.) Using Alpine Answers bypassed all that, so we could get a really clear summary of what we were buying - on one email - before going ahead. Very easy ! Would definitely use them again for finding other ski holiday stuff in the future :)

Fantastic friendly and professional service, highly recommended
The team at Alpine Answers really helped us out with booking a last minute New Years ski holiday. It was quite a tricky group to book for, with a variety of ages and personalities, so we considered a number of resorts and board options. Sophie was really helpful and friendly throughout and was very quick to reply to emails. Alpine Answers made the whole process of booking a ski holiday very straightforward, when it very easily could have been the opposite! Would highly recommend!

my only negative is that on the booking confirmation it states that the balance payable to Alpine Answers cannot be made by credit card. Did I miss this before booking?
