Earl found me an AMAZING last minute deal for a ski week in Val d'isere in March 2019. I could not be more happy with the value of my deal. I went with my 14 year old daughter and the Chalet/Hotel was warm friendly and great food.

The booking process was excellent and Earl helped me with skis and ski school advice.

Bus service in Val d'isere made it really easy to get about.

Alpine Answers helped us achieve a very hard task! finding a place for 24 people, witha . chef Sauna and Jacuzzi, near the pistes, in a main resort, without it costing more than 1050 per person(without flights \ transfers \ ski pass and all of that jazz.) The place they helped us find is Powder & Shine.

We challenged Powder & Shine by occupying 2 chalets for a total of 24(plus one baby) people.
It was important for us to eat dinners together so they arranged for everyone to eat in the main chalet! It's not easy to prepare and serve quality food for 24 people(each with their own quirks) but they did so wonderfully!
Additionally, we really presented a challenge with the type of food we wanted to eat. For breakfasts, we requested a Shakshuka and a salad to be available additionally to the normal omelet. We actually requested a salad with every meal, and some sort of cooked vegetables to be served with every dinner.
In general, we were extremely happy with the food and service and became friends with the chef and team. Even when things were not exactly to our liking we quickly gave feedback and problems were fixed by the next day.

The pre-organization stage included preparing details such as preparing different ski pass types in advance, coordinating private and group lessons for all skiing and snowboarding levels, having equipment ready at the chalet upon arrival, keeping peoples' food preferences in mind, picking rooms for everyone, and having parking spots available. Everything was seamlessly handled.

Very recommended! We might have found a home there to return to next year(especially if they buy a decent sound system cause music is life and currently there is no way to listen to good quality music there).

When I told Matt our party size and preferred resort he gave a short list of chalets . We went with his first recommendation which suited us perfectly.

From the very first phone call to our consultant Alpine Answers were efficient, informative, helpful and fun to deal with.
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Corvara, which had been beautifully organised and was exactly what we had hoped it would be.

Great service by the Alpine Answers team. We spent a long weekend in Hotel Zeespitz in Ischgl on the advice of the team at AA and it was outstanding especially for the price. Ischgl itself is a great place to ski and the "Apres" is amazing and it was made even better by the quality of the hotel and it's food and the staff were a pleasure to be with. Many thanks to all at Alpine Answers for your advice and for making it so easy to have a great break.

Excellent customer service and they found the ideal chalet for our group. We went to the 3 Valleys and Sophie recommended a lesser-known, smaller resort which has great access to the huge ski area. I found the company listened to our requirements and delivered without giving the "safe option". I will use them again. Fantastic service and good value.

How is this for coping with a crazy request? Having decided on the Friday afternoon to squeeze in an extra ski trip this season, starting the next day, Alpine Answers found a really great deal in Val d'Isere and when I was uncertain about getting to Gatwick for the very early flight they offered to ring back in 5 minutes having researched other possibilities. Amazing! They came up with a late morning flight for the same holiday. No one could have offered better or speedier service!

Alpine Answers have helped organise a big group ski trip for us for the past few years. Simon is knowledgeable about the resorts and has been particularly patient and worked hard to find us a good deal each year - putting up with what is a pretty demanding group of 30-40 mixed ability skiers looking for plenty of variety in the resort and a quality hotel! They've been really helpful when extra people joined the trip at a late stage or travel arrangements had to be changed. Great service!
