They are very efficient, they source out the best deals for our car & house insurance & are very prompt at sorting out any problems we may have.

Added value with time saving!
Great for me to find a reliable, local chartered broker that took the time to understand my specifics and then added a huge amount of value with the way they applied their industry knowledge. Mark Jones didn’t over complicate the process and was able to relay the relevant information to me in practical terms. As a business owner this saved me a huge amount of time in reviewing all insurance products that I need in my business.

Insurance can be a minefield
Insurance can be a minefield, thankfully AMB Insurance, (especially Kate our client Manager), were very knowledgeable and offered us the professional advise required, to ensure our company and our people are fully protected. (All at a competitive price.) The MD Andrew also contacted us, adding that personal touch. I can't speak highly enough of them, well done and thank you AMB.

Expert advice and knowledge
We were introduced to AMB Insurance by our Accountants. Their knowledge, expertise and advice has been invaluable for us. We have found Andrew and Jack very responsive to all emails and phone calls, usually responding within less than 1 hour. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Thanks for all of your help

Excellent service
Excellent communication from start to finish regarding my landlord insurance. Broker did not 'just renew' my policy with the same company but did his homework to make sure I was given the most suitable insurance for my needs. I was very busy and couldn't always respond promptly but I received no pushy emails. Thank you Mark S.

Support for Scout Group
I approached AMB with a request for cover for my Scout Group. Not a straightforward policy but AMB found me suitable cover and at half the price of our current premium which we have held for years with a 'specialist' charity insurer.
I could not be happier with the service received from AMB and Jack in particular, his speed of response and communication through the whole process was outstanding.
I would highly recommend them.

Great Service
We engaged AMB insurance to review our insurance towards the end of last year, Jack was relentless in ensuring all bases were covered and our insurance was both fit for purpose and cost effective, big tick on both accounts. During the process, Jack continually demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism, his honesty shone through and we felt we were in safe hands.

Great service, really helpful staff.
I’ve used AMB for a tradesman policy for 9 years now. Considering how small a client I am they have always been really helpful and always found the best policy for my needs.
Over the years I’ve spoken to several members of staff and all have been excellent, especially Isobel and Jack.

It is very unusual in the modern professional world to be kept informed of the progress (or lack of progress) in a particular matter.
Amb Insurance in the person of Jack Edge has bucked this trend in several different cases dealt with for us in recent months.
