First class.... From day one when we walked into the office in Exchequer St we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. We have been in constant communication with the agent Orlagh since then and her attention has been second to none.
The experience, knowledge and guidance Orlagh has helped us with has been phenomenal... So thank you Orlagh and American Holidays.

Audrey the representative is absolutely amazing. Price was amazing. We booked a group of 15 which was not easy. We changed are minds and nothing was too complicated she just ran with it. We were delighted.

All of the team we dealt with were excellent, no request couldn't be sorted. Great patience as we had to change plans a couple of times. Highly recommended. 5 star service from Shona and Amanda

That was my second booking with American Holidays, I was so impressed with the first time so didn't think twice about contacting them again. Orlagh is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly, has plenty of advice. And the price was reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

We have used American Holidays Dublin several times over the last few years to book family , couples and girls only trips (cruises, Nashville, Vegas and Orlando) and Audrey is always amazing in helping us making everything as easy as possible , giving several options to choose from and suit our budgets. This week she has yet again helped myself and my husband with a Chicago trip would definitely recommend them and Audrey !

The simplest booking I've ever had to make. Nothing to much bother. Got an immediate call back as lines were busy.

Have used American holidays for many years with no issues but on this occasion they have lost my business for good. I booked a cruise at a cost of £2147. Naturally, do to the current pandemic this was cancelled. My issue wasn’t with the cancellation but the way this company have dealt with it. I was travelling to USA to meet friends and cruise to Alaska as a big trip before moving to Australia. I have been only offered vouchers as a refund which will be of no use to me as I move in August. The staff have shown absolutely no interest in trying to come to a satisfactory settlement in my situation. I am now left with having to go to court before my emigration to try and get my money back something I could have done without

Have used this company 5 or 6 times without a problem, however there were problems on the last trip. American Holidays had arranged 6 return flights to Las Vegas from Dublin. These were subsequently changed on 5 occasions. I queried the last change as it only left us 1 hour between connecting flights in Chicago but was advised “your flight home arrives into Chicago Terminal 3 and then departs again from Chicago Terminal 3. 1 hour is sufficient time when you are within the same terminal”.

Needless to say the flight was delayed due to maintenance of the aircraft (as advised by American Airlines customer service staff at the time) meaning we would miss our connecting flight, so had to stay an extra night in Vegas. Arrived back in Ireland over 21 hours late. Missed a days work and had to pay extra car parking, never mind extra expenses in Vegas.

After contacting AA they are now saying the flight was delayed as a direct result of air traffic congestion / due to air traffic control and apologise for any misinformation I may have received. So between them AA and American Holidays have washed their hands of us. Ok when taking the money but when something goes wrong, don’t want to know. Took the shine completely off the holiday. Will use another company / airline in future.
