Good sales, bad service

The courier should arrive at your bedside within a few hours following the placed call, however the arrival time of the courier can vary slightly depending on the time of the call. For example, if the call is placed late in the evening, the courier will sometimes arrive the following morning. We use an expedited courier service to ensure that all products are received by our lab within a 72 hour window to optimize the collection quality of your products. Ensuring that they are received by the lab in a timely fashion is always our top priority and I apologize that this was not your experience.

Efficient and easy
Banking with Americord was a very straightforward process. I was impressed by how efficient everything was- from ordering the collection kit, to delivery, to courier pick up at the hospital. And it is a good thing, because the last thing you or your partner want to deal with after delivery are customer service issues.
My Dr. hadn't used Americord before and couldn't figure out how to use their unique collection system, so he did it the old fashioned way. It didn't impact anything, but perhaps we got less cord blood and fewer cells. Maybe when more people start using it the system will become more widely known by doctors.

Cord Blood Baby!
I have used Americord for both of my children. The quality of service they offer and the ability to use a payment plan was a no brainer for me. I hope to never need what they have collected, but I so happy the cord blood is there just in case.
