The people are very good. The gazebo turned out very nice. The instructions were a bit challenging, especially as they related to the foundation and roof. But we figured it out. If we did a 2nd one it would be quicker/easier.

From the brochure, to the customer service and finally installation we loved this company and product. We could not be happier with our beautiful pavilion. They worked with us through inclement weather to planning the final production. It went smoothly and we are pleased to have used this company.

Completely satisfied with the kit. All parts were included. Instructions were clear. Easy to build and the completed gazebo looks great.

The entire process for obtaining our gazebo was a great one with no problems experienced at all.

We bought this for our church, and after looking at many different avenues for gazebos and pergolas, selected Amish County Gazebos due to the varied selection of shapes and sizes and materials, and especially the pricing. Our contractor told us it would cost between $20,000-$30,000 just to buy the wood from a local lumber yard to build the 16' x 32' pergola we were interested in. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Buying the kit made construction fairly easy and it was up in a day and a half, Congregation members love it!!

It is absolutely breathtaking! Roman columns, Mahogany top and a canopy make this a stunning addition to our patio/pool area! Amish Gazebos was extremely easy to deal with and they were involved with every step. It took us (3 people) 4 hours to assemble a 16x12 with Roman columns (That's included unpacking it and relocating it from the driveway around to the back of the house)....not bad at all!

We misinterpted the instructions for a concrete pad so the template was slightly over the edge of the pad. These instructions and especially the size of the pad could be clearer.
Everything else went fine until the roof instlation. We did not screw the panels together as instructed but clamped them since they were not lining up to our mark on the posts. We did screw them to the facia however as instructed.
We also used 4 braces to stablize the panels. The good news is that when we dropped the last panel in with the help of a rubber malet all panels shifted and lined up to our marks. We then screwed all panels together and removed the braces. Total instlation time was about 15 hours with 3 people.

Quality product 16x20 pergola. They were on time for assembly, delivery and instillation . Communicated directly with my contractor to ensure footings were prepared properly. Couldn't be more pleased.

I had a very nice experience with a 10 foot wooden gazebo.The delivery was very prompt and expertly delivered. Even though I have no great carpentry skills I had no problems with the assembly. It turned out to be a great addition to my landscape. All the materials appear to be top notch. Nice job Amash country gazebos!

I purchased the pergola in a box which turned out to be money well spent. Quality material that really fits together perfectly. I assembled the kit in 1 day. Looks absolutely stunning.

From the moment I first interacted with them to obtain information and a catalog, to the final delivery of the "Gazebo In a Box" that I had ordered, I only had excellent experiences with this company. They were kind to keep the gazebo in their warehouse during the Winter and to deliver it to my home when I asked them to, in early Spring. The final, assembled product looks great! Excellent craftsmanship and top quality materials were used, and the gazebo looks beautiful, feels very firm and very sturdy. I highly recommend them to anyone.

improvement needed:
1. Instructions can be bit more verbose, ideally if you can put a video clip on youtube which shows how to handle some alignments on panel would help.
2. bigger gazebo has more challenges, need min 3 people of 18' and panels are really heavy
3. For bigger gazebo, provided post support to concrete is not sufficient, you need stronger metal plates to support it.
5. 5x5 posts, there are no U type plates available in HW stores so have to use L shape brackets.

We had ACG install our pergola, from start to finish provided detailed instructions, timely information and performance matched what was promised.

Pre and post sale support were fine. Product delivered as promised. Billy the deliver person was kind and great to deal with. Product quality and fit were excellent.

We just purchased an Amish Gazebo and we are so happy with the purchase. The installers had no problem with assembly and they said it was the easiest install they have ever done. The gazebo enhances the beauty of our yard. We have started enjoying the gazebo now that the weather has improved. My grandchildren love it.
