Without doubt the most user friendly, intuitive on-line auction catalogue that I have ever used. Clear, concise , uncluttered with a rapidly scannable format - exactly as needed.

Other auctioneers should sit up and take note. On the whole, their glitzy, self important catalogues are nowhere near so user-friendly.

Always a brilliant experience at Anderson & Garland! The sale lot notifications are really helpful and the online catalogues are fantastically comprehensive. The buying process both online with A&G and in person couldn’t be easier! The office team are equally amazing, super quick to help with questions and confirm safe receipt of payment. This was my first auction and it was a great experience. The viewing day was interesting and there are staff available to answer any questions. I couldn't go to the auction so I watched and bid online - it was so easy, as were the arrangements for payment and collection.

Always fabulous. Fred is both professional and amusing during the jewellery auctions and the admin/reception and warehouse staff are excellent. I’m just sorry that the digital revolution has encouraged bidding from outside of the north east which no doubt helps vendors and boosts business, but makes lots less of a bargain for us geordies!
