In particular, the Liverpool team provide an exellent, punctual, reliably communicative, knowledgeable and well organized professional service always demonstrating a pro-active but not pushy, polite attitude.

I wholeheartedly recommend the company.

I had to replace my oven in my rented property and Jemma and Vicki helped me through the process , explaining all the options available to get the best deal for me and for my tenant.

We have worked with Andrew Louis for around 15 years now as contractors. They are a great company to work with, efficient, professional and dedicated to their customer service striving for a 5* service at all times. The block management staff go above and beyond and are always on hand to assist, nothing is every too much trouble.

We have managed an Insurance claim at one of the properties that Andrew Louis manage in Liverpool City Centre.
The staff were always available and very helpful, which made the claim flow and move much quicker with their actions and assistance.
Rebekah was great to work with and always on hand to assist.

She always responds quickly and has acted as an intermediary with the management company.

I had an issue with my boiler in my rented property, last thing you want especially in January, from the moment I informed them of the issue they where on the case to get the issue resolved, I corresponded with 2 members of staff Vicki and Jemma whom I felt genuinely cared and went above and beyond to get the boiler fixed as quickly as they did (they also sorted heaters in the meantime) , overall a very professional company and from my experience very professional and genuine staff .

Excellent letting agent. As a landlord, I cannot recommend them enough. They assisted us in each and every step, and after dealing with a number of other agencies, I can tell I have never experienced such a dedicated service.
This is what you are looking for from a true business partner, not just an agency.
I would rate them 10 stars, if I only could; trust them, they are great

I was struggling to get a place in city center Liverpool , contacted the team regarding an apartment and respond to the email was quite quick, within a few day everything got sorted out. Ready to move in to the next place soon . Thanks for all the help.

I used Andrew Louis to value and sell my home. They found a buyer in a short amount of time for our desired price. The sales progression team were great and kept us up to date all the way through! 10/10

The team have been brilliant helping me settle into my new place! In particular Ed Wallace has been invaluable in getting answers and solutions to the issues I had!
Lisa too was tireless in assisting me!

Deposit not filed correctly with the DPS which resulted in weeks of chasing - all on the tenants end. In the end, another letting agent had the deposit, even though - in writing - AL had claimed the deposit was protected with them six months prior to me (the tenant) handing notice on my contract.

In the end had to go through DPS but wasted hours emailing and making calls - all with no assistance by AL.

Cause a lot of stress and upset and meant I was without my deposit for longer than expected when it should have been a swift return.

Not great at fixing repairs timely etc throughout tenancy either.

Horrible to deal with. Tried to sell me one of their own houses with no mention that the boiler needed replacing. When I brought the issue up, they fixed it, pulled out of the deal and readvertised the house for £5000 more. Wasted my time and money absolute sharks do not deal with.

Awful service , unprofessional and not trustworthy. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with this agency! Had a very bad experience with them.
