Good communication

Log store, on time in fact very early and was not expecting! great communication about ground prep. Quality ok, few issues but resolved on their part. I've sealed it and looks great. Would recommend

Aftersales Appalling

I wasn't impressed with the Customer Service that I received after the product was delivered. I paid for the item to be assembled and when I got home the door had been put on crooked and the lid wouldn't shut properly. I contacted 'Larry' ,who not once apologised, and he insinuated it was my fault and for me to get a SPIRIT LEVEL out to make sure the ground was level, etc!!!!. Only when I said I wanted to return it did he agree to get somebody out to repair it. Would never shop form here again.

Great experience with the company and…

Great experience with the company and the product was really well made and easy to assemble when following the instructions provided via email. I needed to change trh delivery date and this was really well handles by the team. Would highly recommend

Order was delivered and left on drive

Order was delivered and left on drive. I requested it to be put behind the gates as we were away. We had to pay someone to come and move it. Contacted company ant they have not responded to my complaint. We where going to order another item but think we will go somewhere else.

Great log store, perfect.

Easy to use website and good selection of goods. The log store is ideal, great size and very sturdy. Easy to build. Delivery man was a great, getting it into back garden in torrential rain, thanks to him! I will order from here again.
