Generous to Loyal Customers

Arka sent me a gift card as a loyal customer which is both kind and generous of them. With this I bought a fantastic pair of wooden ear saddles, these are nicely made, sit well in the stretch and do the job. Excellent wrapping and considering the Mail strike delivery was pretty swift. Thanks Arka for a bit of New Year’s joy!

Everything Opal

Ordered some labret and septum jewellery in the Boxing Day sale and I absolutely love it all! I already had an opal labret stud for my Medusa piercing and the four other opal studs I have recently had delivered go so well with it!!! I’ll definitely be ordering more and I would love to see some jewellery for stretched lips and some other opal jewellery for Bridge piercings so I can have a full face of glittery opals from Arka.

Lovely item but not durable...

Love the product and service at point of sale. Would have been 5 stars but one of the weights broke after only 3 months of wear. Customer service very friendly and professional but advised they won't be able to replace item. It's a shame as I've been a customer for years and always loved their designs and products.

Thanks for the response. I appreciate the offer of a discount however I do not wish to purchase another item that may break after another 3 months. Unfortunately I am feeling the pinch,as most people are. Also, you may need to check your records more thoroughly in that case. I have emails regarding orders dating back to 2017 and prior. Shame you'd try to discredit me by being untruthful.

We guarantee everything for one month but in this instance I believe Lucia suggested you send the item back for us to check and that we might be able to offer you a big discount (50% off) on a replacement. We thought that was a reasonable offer considering the time. The offer is still open.
