Great company to deal with, massive choice of worktops, all turned around in less than a week.
Nothing too much effort for the fitting team, very professional. Highly recommend.

What an unbelievable service from start to finish! Lloyd provided excellent advice, with speedy cost effective quotes and made it a pleasure to do business with the company.
At templating James and Sam were unbelievably efficient. In Jame's words " we provide solutions not problems" . Worktops fitted today 48hrs ! after templating, Sam and Paul were a pleasure to have in our home and provided a first class service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering worktops, due to excellent customer service from start to finish. We are highly delighted with the end product.

We found ourselves stuck without a kitchen installer and worktop provider after being let down by a large national kitchen supplier in mid October. Dates were being offered in late January 2020 by the kitchen supplier and this caused a complete breakdown in the project. We changed our direction and made it a kitchen supply only deal with no worktops. We then went onto the internet and found Arlington Worksurfaces Direct. After we emailing over a worktop plan they sent over a quote for our chosen Corion worktop which was almost £2000 cheaper than the quote from the national kitchen supplier. We were delighted with this price and the fact that ARL could template and then install the worktop within our kitchen install timelines. All the installations were finished by the ARL team on the 11th of December and we can now look forward to Christmas with our new stunning kitchen.
ARL provided and fitted a superb worktop product which makes our kitchen install stand out. We see them as a 5 star provider and well worth considering in your kitchen design process.

Well I am so happy with the Corian, and the technicians,Paul and Chris. They arrived on time and their work is excellent, they were friendly, and accommodating and tidied up after themselves!!! Very unusual. The Bathroom looks wonderful I am so impressed with the quality and service and would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone. Maggie Rose, Bayswater

Good service and reasonable pricing. I was very happy with the final product and the process of getting samples and dealing with the sales people to begin with. The templating and installation was hasslefree and when there were any Delays they would always phone me and let me know in advance.

This company has been incompetent and irresponsive. The first attempt to fit the worktops was appalling, in some places the cupboards were sticking from underneath the worktop and in some the worktop was sticking out on top of them by 1cm, glue was visible everywhere and one piece of worktop wasn’t actually holding on. They came back to fix it but didn’t do it properly, still left it wrong in some places. Third time we got them to come they fixed it to an acceptable level but filed it down to make it even which means the worktop now sticks out by 2mm instead of the promised 5mm which means now our cooker sticks out - I have complained, emailed and called about this issue multiple times asking at least for some compensation but haven’t heard anything back, they were happy to keep the full amount of money I paid for the job which was done inappropriately and with a 3 week delay. I also never received an apology just promises to fix which were never fulfilled. Also they don’t measure your kitchen with a laser like other companies, it’s all manual hence so many errors. Avoid!

Fab service and product . After an issue with sizes - (make sure you double check spec ..) which was swiftly sorted the team arrived within 3 days to fit work tops that look amazing .. Thanks to all the team ..
