My name is Andrea and I called ARMA about a complicated insurance policy with quite a few caveats. So I filled out the form and didn’t hold make hope of hearing from anyone. How wrong I was!they rang the same day but I was unable to answer. They tried again and still I didn’t answer so James Clayton sent me an email! This message was amazing it included a premium quote. Message that is USEFUL. So I rang eagerly thinking it will probably go up but it’s worth a try. I called and ask for James. Fraser who answered the phone was extremely polite and engaging. I was put through to James Clayton. Well his assistance and knowledge were fantastic. We ran through everything and nothing was a problem. He had clearly done his research properly as the premium quoted on the text message stayed the same! he was so helpful and a great broker to talk to as he knew what he was doing! He made me feel looked after and even after getting the policy he made sure I knew to simply just call him and he will sort everything out. AMAZING BRILLANT PROFESSIONAL.
