Absolutely fantastic customer service and quick delivery too. The products I have received so far have been excellent quality, especially considering the affordable price, and they often have sales or deals on, so even better value for money!
My first order arrived quickly and without a hitch, unfortunately my second order only part of it arrived, but this may have been a problem with the courier, either way I spoke to Jean D on the webchat, who was so helpful and arranged to have the missing items sent out straight away and I received an email confirming this whilst on the chat.
Will definitely continue to shop with them and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for affordable art materials.
Great experience, don't get all the negativity
So I was sceptical buying from this brand because of all the negative reviews on here but I went for it and it was a totally fine experience.
Bought the real brush pens and they shipped and delivered SO quickly. It was literally a day or so. And the quality is great.
I think this is one of those situations where everyone who has a good experience doesn't leave a review, and the few people who have bad experiences do leave reviews, so it makes the brand look bad.
so just wanted to bring a balanced review to the table.

Low quality items but good customer service
I just wanted to post a review of my experience using Arteza. I ordered 24 brush pens and 60 gel pens. They came in 2 separate packages which was a little odd and one of them strongly resembled an Amazon package but I was paying with Clearpay and sometimes stuff like that happens. I wasn't truly happy with the quality of the items but you get what you pay for and they are very reasonably priced for the amount that you get, so just be aware these aren't high quality pens like you would get from an art store, but they are fine as a stocking filler for children or just something to draw/sketch with on a low budget. I have used far worse. Nevertheless, I reached out via their live chat to return the items due to being unhappy with the quality and was given a full refund and told to keep the items as well. The person I spoke to was extremely friendly and genuine. Not sure if I was just lucky on this occasion but my experience has been pretty good.

Placed an order, paid thru PayPal, they put a hold on my account for the $25ish I spent. After 30 days they hadn't shipped amything and cancelled my order entirely. No idea the quality if anyone actually gets products but the website and payment is shady.
Disappointed with item going out of stock after I had already ordered and paid, without any communication
Have to say I'm rather disappointed in my first attempt to buy from Arteza. I have wanted the 120 set of coloured pencils for a while for sketchbook work, they are currently sold out so thought in the meantime I would buy a sketchbook. It was in stock, or so the website said and my payment was taken. However 6 days later I still had not received it, or had any sort of update about what was happening, or if it had been shipped, although my inbox was constantly filled with advertisement emails. I chased it up on their online chat and was told that the item had went out of stock after I had paid for it and it would be delivered when more stock arrived. This is absolutely one of my pet peeves, not only poor stock control, but no communication on the situation is what really gets my goat. The situation was dealt with swiftly and I had a refund sorted within minutes, for which I am grateful and the reason for 2 stars. I could have ordered this sketchbook from Amazon and already had it delivered, but especially in these times prefer to use a company directly. A poor choice in this instance.
Horrible Experience
I ordered two gifts in November and received neither. When I called to find out what was going on they told me that they had some problems and decided to delete the order without notifying me. I will never order from this business again.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They charged me without having any intention of sending the goods. Very bad company practice! Despite numerous requests was told they were waiting for stock! Why charge me? They had no idea when stock was coming!
Do not use this company, you will regret it.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I got unlucky with the quality of the canvas ordered and they sent a replacement straight away. Unfortunately one of the canvas sent had quality issue again. Although I was still able to use one the good canvas sent, they issued a refund for the whole order. Was really pleased the outcome and would shop there again due to good selection and affordable prices. Thanks for caring for your customers!

I have had a very bad experience with Arteza with my first order.
I ordered an item which was showing In stock at the time of ordering. The website stated that dispatch was within 24 hours.
As this time scale had passed with no update I chased this up. I was originally told due to the holidays the order was waiting dispatch and would be dispatched shortly.
I chased this up again and was told the order had processed and was just waiting for shipping from the fulfillment centre and would ship within 48 hours.
I had to chase again and was given a delivery date of the 10th December. I have now been advised that the item is out of stock and will not arrive until the 12th January.
At no point did the other 4 agents advise that there was a stock issue. I was just told it was a delay in shipping due to black Friday.
I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. I certainly won't be recommending Arteza through my various Art channels.
How I have got so many different delivery times and scales is beyond me. The order has either been processed and you have stock or you don't.
Excellent Customer Service
Had a problem with an order not being received and they confirmed the error, refunded the order and issued a free replacement. Excellent customer service and I have never been disappointed with any of their products.
Terrible "confirmation" process for my order ruined customer experience
I placed an order for a few bits for my wife. They emailed me later to ask me to confirm name, email, billing address, shipping address and last 4 digits of credit card, and that my order was "on hold" for my "protection". Not sure what protection that gives, and they couldn't explain to me (they said "We usually ask for verification for 1st orders with a large transaction on hold, as a courtesy and for your protection." - it was 5 items, I don't understand why that's "large", nor why any "verification" would be required). They were adamant that they wouldn't process my order without me confirming this information (which I'd already provided, since I replied to the original confirmation email). I've never heard of this with any other online retailer, it sounded very suspicious, and not one of the people who replied were able to explain why. Eventually I cancelled my order and advised my wife to order alternative products from a more reputable retailer with better customer service. The only redeeming factor of this interaction is they processed my refund quickly.

3wks ago ordered pen set for my daughter's birthday. Twice had wrong item sent and now after being offered replacements told cannot fulfil as cost more than my original order. Thank you Artesia for spoiling my daughter's birthday poor customer relations. My 1st and last order. But they won't care am 1 person, plenty more.

Ordered 2 packs of pens from Arteza, they charged loads then sent them from Amazon where they are much cheaper. Terrible company. Not recommended. Just use use Amazon if you want some pens!!
