AVOID

Ordered product, didnt arrive but was marked as delivered, other items out if stock after purchase, terrible customer service that ignores you when asking for refund. AVOID.

Order never arrived. Poor customer service.

I originally ordered the brush tip pens but a week after my tracking said 'delivered' I had to ask for a refund because they hadn't shown up. I got a £27 gift card and decided to wait a few weeks before trying to order again but this item was then out of stock so I ordered Art Markers. They also didnt arrive.
So out of pocket and no art supplies to show for it I bombarded Arteza with emails and social media messages in which it took 48hours for a response on their 24hour chat. They tried to blame me but after a while and being passed onto someone claiming to be a supervisor I was given a full refund for both items and a promise that they would send them out again for free to a different address. This worked and I got my marker pens but NO brushes as they were ... you guessed it, out of stock.
3 weeks have passed and there is still no sign of restocking the items, I asked if they could send me out a multi media drawing pad instead of the pens (which are cheaper by nearly £10) so I'm not waiting around for more weeks but they refused. Total waste of time and money. Save yourself the pain and go to Copic or Winsor/Newton.

Arteza disappointing quality

Arteza do represent good value and Iove their water colour brush pens, so ordered some 72 fineliner pens. They did take a while to arrive and five of the pens don't work which is disappointing. But overall they have been a waste of money, the pens aren't consistent in the way the ink flows, can't see me using these much. Have to say I will go back to the fineline Sharpies.

Item was redelivered back to Arteza. My door number was missing from my address. However, its taken 3 weeks to establish this. If they had read tracking information on their end they could have informed me this is what had happened. They have tried to say my parcel was delivered and must have been stolen. Ridiculous. Should my address have been correct, I’d have received my order 10 days after ordering it.

Awful service waited two weeks for my order still not dispatched , the company do not contact you , and please do not use clear pay with the as they still haven’t notified the company that I have cancelled my order all other companies refund immediately this company is selling products which are not even in stock !!!!!

Arteza redeemed themselves

Placed an order on 1st April. Heard nothing for 2 weeks, found them on Facebook snd messaged them to find out when my order will arrive. I was told that they should have shipped it but hadn't????
They don't have the stock available to fulfill my order despite aggressive advertising constantly bombarding my social media accounts.
They gave me an unapologetic refund.
I received a parcel today wit ordered items that I had received a full refund for. Well done Arteza, faith restored!!!

Great customer service

Ordered a set of their 60 tube water colors and water color brush pens, the water colors delivered in less than 4 days. The brushes ended up being an issue because they were marked as delivered, but nothing initially showed up in my mail box that day. I went to customer service and the person I spoke to sent me a replacement order completely free of cost! I felt a little bad because I hadn't realized the replacement included the paints as well, so now I have the brushes and a second set of paints!
I know with quarantine it's probably a mess in there for them, I'm grateful I was able to have my issue resolved so smoothly

Good products and great customer service

I’ve brought direct from arteza website and from amazon, both times I have had great service. If you want high end products then you might want to go somewhere else. But everything I have brought from arteza has been great for the price paid. I’ve brought the 48 fine liner pens which I can’t fault, the array of colours and the nib size is perfect. The watercolour pens are good too, now I’m learning with these pens as I have never used this type of pen before. But for what I’ve done so far, I would say dipping the pen into a jar of water first works better than using the water pen. The multi media pads for the cost (you get 2 in a pack) are good size and work well for markers and fine liners. But I would say that is not thick enough for watercolour ink, it’s seems ok with the pens but can’t be over worked.
Oh and I had great customer service, as I signed up for the news letter I got a discount code to use. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that it expired, I got on the chat page and explained the situation and I was given a new code. Also everything I have ordered has been delivered quickly even with the lock down!

Horrible Customer Service

I decided to order some acrylic paints while in lockdown as I wanted something to do. I ordered on February 28th and have not received them. I’m assuming that it is due to the lockdown. That is fair, however they have poor communication with their customers and so I have only been aware that my order has been placed. They did not update me on the situation, until I sent them a message via their website. Where they merely said, it’s out of stock. However, this isn’t just due to COVID-19 as reading previous reviews I have found that this has been going on for months. It doesn’t state on the website which items are out of stock and instead of negotiating some sort of refund they just ignore you. I’ve called, emailed and sent them the “24/7” chats. I am furious that the management has not released something in an email form to their customers explaining the delay, I will not be buying from them again and will be telling others to do the same. They need to get a grip.

Dishonest and disappointing.

Really disappointed. I paid for some fine liner pens and an acrylic art set on 31st March. All supposedly in stock. On Tuesday 7th April, I queried if it had been dispatched. I was told that it was packaged up and awaiting pick up from the couriers. So today - Friday 10th I asked for an update. To be told that actually my item is due to be dispatched in mid MAY!! I find it so dishonest to sell knowing that stock won’t be available for almost 7 weeks. And even more dishonest that I was lied to when I queried my order. Even worse - is that they didn’t even bother to contact me to tell me. I’ve never bought from this company before. And I will never bother again. And don’t use covid-19 as an excuse. There is no excuse for dishonesty.

Updated review: Misleading listing of stock

Update: Arteza responded and sorted all items by 12 April. Pity I had to resort to cancellations and reviews before action. My comments stand but good comeback.

Ordered 28 March from items listed on website as In Stock; avoided items listed as Out of Stock. Chased after no update or delivery. Some items to be delivered 22 April and some ‘in May’. Shipping logistics blamed. Cancelled order. In stock apparently does not translate to within UK or even obtainable. Unique global crisis but will not use again due to false information on system. Regular marketing offers despite the situation also an irritant and have now unsubscribed.

Products are great and well worth the…

Products are great and well worth the money. When they actually arrive. First 2 orders were fine but then certain items wouldn't turn up and was only told they were out of stock after I had contacted them. No shipping info so you have to be in waiting in case they turn up but on the other hand you could be sat waiting for weeks as no one tells you they're out of stock. Real shame as the products are really good.

Ordered 4 items. Contacted them via web chat to check order status as not shipping information e-mail 4 days later. Was told one of the items was out of stock and I would receive it a month later. The rest of the items would be shipped within 48 hours. I agreed to substitute the out of stock item for a smaller cheap set that they said would be free for the inconvenience and that all items would be shipped within 48 hours. Received an email confirming this 'new order' of the substitute item but when I clicked to check the order it 'could not be found' so contacted again. This time no aknowledgment of this plus I was told 3 of the 4 items I ordered would be delivered a month later!! If I hadn't contacted them I wouldn't have known. I requested a refund and now hoping for the best as I am not even sure it will happen and I am preparing myself to have to fight for it. Really lost faith in this company. Incredibly dissapointed with customer service and a waste of time.
Avoid!!

I am using these today and think that I may not have posted a review on their quality. I am really pleased with them. I believe that I reviewed the delivery which was great. The pencils too are really nice to use and the colours are good.
