Very poor customer service. I ordered my art materials on 24th November and money taken from account but no goods arrived to date. I have left countless messages both written and voicemail but they have not got the decency to respond. Disgraceful to say the least! Buy elsewhere if I were you......

I ordered from the site and has to be the best customer service I have experienced. Even when there is an issue with the order they are really helpful and pleasant. Will continue to order from here in the future.

I ordered the watercolour brush pens, which were delivered quickly, and I am delighted with the quality. I had a small problem with the water brush and contacted Arteza about this. Their customer service department responded immediately to try to sort this out and I was very pleased with their helpful attitude and efficiency.

So I bought the watercolor sketchbooks, they arrived quickly and in great condition but the product was awful. First of the stitching of the sketchbook is visible I don’t like that. And although I didn’t except the paper to take very heavy washes I can’t even apply light washes because the paper warps and tears or lifts. It’s impossible to erase pencil because it makes the paper get all feathery and watercolor stains it and it can’t be blended. You can’t tape it off because when you try to remove the tape it tears the page. Another thing is that it says each sketchbook has 64 pages, it has 32 so it’s saying you can use both sides but on each page one side is smooth and I can’t say it’s hot press because you can’t even apply watercolor without tearing the paper, it was like painting on cardstock (which I tried once out of boredom). So technically it’s the back of the page but the way the pages are set up makes the smooth side face different ways through out the whole sketchbook. So it’s a mixture of smooth and textured pages and so I can’t even have the paintings on the textured side facing the same way. So these are pretty bad sketchbooks for watercolor the Canson Mixed Medium sketchbook is better and cost about the same. The only reason I’m posting on here is because apparently Arteza doesn’t allow bad reviews they refund you (which is nice) and delete your review but that’s not fair to those of us looking for cheap watercolor sketchbooks that are good. I was wondering why there was only good things to say now I know why.

After visiting the UK website for the first time, I decided to purchase Arteza Water Brush Pens.
I had a few questions to ask first! I had an online "Chat", my questions were answered in full by very polite "Real" people, however when I made a mistake on the payment page, I had to go back for more help. different person, but nevertheless just as helpful as the first, she gave me a couple of options. I gave her the order, within minutes my confirmation e:mail came through for me to pay.
the order arrived this morning , less than 24 hours from ordering.

I have just bought some paint from Arteza. (Tempera for kids) The product was not suitable for the purpose I needed it for, which was disappointing...however the customer service was fantastic.
They honoured their guarantee and refunded the order. My request for a refund was almost instant and the sales representative Margarita was very helpful. It gives me faith in the company and will order from them again because I know that I can return if I need to. The paint did not cover well for my purpose (on grey cardboard tubes for puppet making..but on while paper it give a pleasant 'wash' like appearance..so if you want paint for solid cover it is not right for you. My five stars were for customer service.

Couldn't ask for a better service.
The items I ordered were delivered quickly but damaged. I bought 2 x 48 Brush Pens, 2 x 24 Fineliners and 2 x 12 Brush Pens. A pen in each of the 48 sets had leaked and the tins of the fineliners were very slightly dented. I sent an email to Arteza UK customer services who were extremely prompt with their reply. I had suggested I could send photographs of the items of which they did request. Once again their reply was prompt and they offered to send me 2 x 48 Brush Pens replacements plus they'd take an extra 10% off the whole order.
Arteza's customer service in my opinion is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. The pens were fantastic too and the recipients loved them.
I agree with another review that the P&P is expensive but at the time of ordering (Christmas period) I found a 15% off promo code which even with £14 P&P made my initial order a few pounds cheaper than ordering through Amazon. I have been looking to order from them again and have noticed that they are now offering free shipping in the UK.

Check Amazon prices, availability before you purchase anything from this lot. The same item on Amazon was free postage, this mob charge £6.50 postage!

I purchased Arteza's Watercolour Brush pens for my card making and papercraft. They arrived within two days and I love them. They arrived well packaged and intact. Not the cheapest online retailer but do what I did and keep an eye out for their specials at Bank Holidays or Back to School when they heavily discount specific items. The brush pens are expensive for what they are but they produce brilliant paint effects on my diecuts.
