I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately, I feel compelled to do so on this occasion. I placed an order for my hamper at the end of November after a great deal of thought specifically for the reason that I could choose specific products that I knew the recipient would enjoy. The cost of the hamper was just under £170. On December 23rd the hamper arrived as promised. The wicker hamper itself was excellent, very nice quality, unfortunately that was the only positive. Of the sixteen items ordered, two were completely missing and six had been substituted for completely random products leaving only fifty percent of the hamper as ordered. There was no paperwork with the order so I contacted customer service as I thought there must have been some sort of picking error. The response I received was terrible. I was told they were very sorry but there had been an issue with products running out in the run up to Christmas, and then referred me to their terms and conditions. Apparently they can send you any product in place of what you order as long as the value is similar. I pointed out that fifty percent of my hamper wasn't as ordered and wasn't acceptable for the recipient and surely this wasn't acceptable. I was offered an undisclosed discount off a future order (which I declined) and was then thanked for my feedback with no other option to resolve the problem. The overall impression was that they couldn't have cared less.
In summary if you are building your own hamper with this company the products you order aren't necessarily the products you'll receive and if you complain, the customer service is non existent. I also haven't receive a refund for the missing items.

I love the options, 3 different containers and many options for savory, sweet and drinks which can all be selected individually.
I have previous experience where I had to choose from preselected options only and you always end up with something you don’t want.
The gift recipient was delighted and loved the gift as a whole.

Nice range of interesting produce, easy to order online, very quick from order to delivery, good communications. All in all, I’d happily recommend Artisan Deli Market

The experience was exemplary. So easy to order, delivery on time, and more importantly delicious goods. The hamper was a gift(hamper also super) and my friends were extremely impressed with the wine and other goodies. I’m so glad I found this company as I normally send a Fortnum & Mason (who can’t hold a candle to Artisan Deli).
My annual hamper order will be placed with this company from now on.

Good selection of food. It was sent as a gift and after ordering I needed to change the delivery address and ADM were helpful and flexible enough to do this. The hamper was well received too, so all in all a good experience.

The service was outstanding! Even though I ordered late online, their swift phone response made all the difference. They talked me through the available options and essentially handled everything. Grateful to the patient lady who helped me place the order.

Excellent service, I realized after ordering that I'd made a mistake with the delivery address and they fixed it immediately. It was a gift and the recipients were delighted.

The range of products is fantastic. I got this hamper for six family members celebrating together, and really appreciated that I could pick exactly the items that would appeal to them, rather than just go with a curated selection. They were absolutely thrilled and have fixed a date to enjoy it all togeether.

I've used ADM a few times, and the range of products, service and faultless delivery was again perfect - this was the second time I used it for a mat leave gift and it went down a storm - arriving in the xmas rush on time!

The recipient was delighted with the hamper, and I particularly appreciated the ability to tailor the contents to individual preferences. The only reason I haven't given five stars is the delivery was a day later than requested - but it was going to the north of Scotland and still arrived in time for Christmas so not a major issue.

We ordered a hamper as a Christmas present for our daughter. We selected a wide variety of items and found the choice and ordering process to be very good. The items were all good quality from lesser known suppliers which increased the appeal of a custom built hamper. We encountered a problem when the hamper size we chose was not available but a phone call to Artisan Deli Market sorted this problem out after a friendly chat to the customer services contact. The hamper was ordered for the 19th of December and arrived as promised. This is how business should be done and we can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who is tired of the 'standard' hamper offered by others
