Ascenti Physio Reviews 

I was referred to Ascenti after my right shoulder surgery. On top of the post op pain the rest of my same arm was severely numbed.
This week I had my last session in Wimbeldon office where I was treated by an amazing physiotherapist Harry, completely pain free and with full use of my hand and shoulder.
It was a long way to get here, but with an amazing support from Harry, his compassion, knowledge and guidance I got my shoulder and arm back. 😇 For that I am very grateful.
I was determined to get better and religiously followed Harry’s advice and with perseverance we can all do it. Thank you Harry!

Great experience visiting Ascenti Leamington Spa. I could barely walk without pain when I first started going, but through a structured plan I’m back to running.
It was a great combination of massages in person, and at home exercises. The app is also great and user friendly

I had several months of sessions with Hassan Raza in 2023 when I had severe knee pain while running. He provided me with exercises and advice that gave me the confidence to get back in the gym. This year I ran a 10k run for the first time and now run weekly 5k runs without knee pain. Thanks for helping me get my fitness back.

I had a great physio therapist based in Maidenhead, Gauri Kanse listened to what my issue was and worked with me on helping me with my shoulder problem, I had managable and straight froward exercises to do at home which helped a lot. I would certainly to back to Ascenti, I felt I had someone that was helping me get better for good not just for a short time, this was also my 2nd time going through physio, but had been somewhere else befire. I feel I am more knowledgable with how I need to do things daily to help myself.

It’s hard to give more than 3 stars as I still have some pain, but I appreciated the structured approach from my physiotherapist Gauri and she was very professional and obviously knowledgeable with useful advice.

Update they did eventually get back to me and sorted my request. Updating stars, i shouldn't have to leave a review on trust pilot to get through to someone.

Please reapond to my email which would be the easiest. I tried arranging to schedule call in that email also. But it could be easy just emailing if you didnt take over 2 weeks to respond. Please focus and make this case a priority.

I was referred to Ascenti via my local NHS GP practice. Consultations were at a local community hospital within walking distance.

All I can say is my sciatica has gone after months on painkillers. The sessions were very detailed and thorough with the same physio at each session. By the time I had walked home I was emailed my personal exercise plan and a full report of the outcomes from my session.

Absolutely first class service provided on behalf of the NHS.

Victor has been awesome. Always had a good laugh in our sessions and we managed to sort rotator cuff pain that wasn’t going away. Top man!

Quratulain was my physio and very helpful, delighted with my experience and I have made huge progress under her veryclear supervision and guidance over many months.

I was referred via Vitality after a months of niggling shoulder pain which wouldn’t get better on its own. Really brilliant first experience of physio with Sarfaraz Banatwala at Leamington with pain released almost immediately and my strength built back up over a number of months.

I work with Sarfaraz Banatwala in Leamington. He's been great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've struggled in the past to find PTs who can work well with hypermobility, so I was happy to find someone who has effective strength and stability recommendations that are actually helping. The one downside isn't from my PT himself, it's the company being difficult to contact if I need to cancel or change an appointment, or ask a question between sessions. I can't just call the PT directly, I can only call the central office, which means 20-30 minutes on hold to speak with someone. But, for as good as the work has been, that seems worth the trouble.

Excellent experience with physio therapist Maryam Rani. I've had about 7 appointments with her over the last three months and had a substantial improvement of my knee. Her services have been invaluable.

Ioannis Lepidas Was excellent He listened carefully to my issue and provided relevant exercises and support to help me recover As my recovery progressed he was supportive in changing the program and how I could increase the level of exercise that I could do and how to get back to full fitness I have every confidence in his advice and will continue to follow his suggestions to slowly build up my fitness.

I worked with Samuel Niroo who was very informative and helpful. Had a calf issue prior to a biathlon and his work in the rehab programme and advice really helped me prepare for the event. From sport massage to K tape on my leg, allowed me to compete at the level to wanted to.

I attended the Ascenti Leamington Spa Clinic with Sarfarazq as my Physio. I found all my sessions to be really positive and insightful.

Over the multiple sessions I had I saw remarkable improvements in my condition and any questions/concerns I had, Sarfarazq was able to answer and provide solutions

Attended several physio sessions for my shoulder with Nimya Anand. She was very helpfull knowledgable and professional. There has been huge imorovements with her help and expert advice.

Referred through work. Nimya Anand examined me and gave me a plan to follow. A few weeks later and the pain has gone. Thanks Nimya

Sarfaraz is exceptional. He’s attention to detials, his client centred approach pit me at ease immediately. The exercises to support my recovery are easy to follow and execute. Would highly recommend, my shoulder pain has gone which is a huge relief.

I have completed my sessions with Samuel Niroo and I am so pleased with the service. I came to him after a bad horse riding accident and after this treatment, I am back riding and pain free!! Thank you so much for:)
