I was referred to Ascenti

I was referred to Ascenti through insurance after car accident. Abdul Rehman (Blackburn) Was fantastic from start to finish. Went through everything with me and was very accommodating to my needs and other commitments I had in regards to having appointments.

I was under him for about 8-9 weeks and my injury has never felt better, I now have full movement in my shoulder and neck.

Thank you Ascenti & Abdul for all your help

Improvement in just a few months

I was treated by Dr Gandhi and she was very warm and attentive from the beginning. I saw a massive improvement with my injury within a few months. I can happily recommend her/Ascenti in guiding you through your injuries.

Encouraging process in safe hands

When I began seeing Runali 12 weeks ago, I was pretty desperate because I thought that my knee problems were the beginning of an inevitable decline in my strength and flexibility. But three months on, I am seeing real progress in part because Runali has not rushed me and advised me to be patient. Each time I see her, she adapts the exercises I need to do according to the progress I have made. I highly recommend her.

Nimya Anand, amazing physio

Nimya Anand was an amazing, supportive physio.
Just completed my treatment schedule and throughout Nimya has thorough, friendly and encouraging. She evaluated me each session, provided structured home exercises and acknowledged progress. Worked on sore points during the session to ease and improve my condition. Highly recommend Nimya.

I had 4 appointments with Victor as my GP had said I had carpal tunnel. On my first appointment Victor done a few tests and eased my mind when he informed me it was not carpal tunnel but a tightness in my forearm. He booked me in for 3 appointments and also provided me with home exercises to ease the tightness and pain. On each appointment Victor done a sports message and got me to do some stretches in my forearm to ease the tension. After each appointment the pain had eased and was not as frequent. As of the 2nd appointment I have no suffered with the random pains. I am greatful for the service Victor provided and greatful for him helping ease the pain and providing me with a document of stretches to help my forearm over time. Very happy with the service.

The physiotherapist really helped me

I was refered to Ascenti through work following a back injury. The Stevenage site is clean, well decorated, modern and with great facilities. My physiotherapist was Samuel Niroo who was welcoming, polite, friendly and professional. He explained the process well and the exercises and stretches I was given were suitable to treat my injury. He also made time for deep tissue massage of the affected area on a few occasions which helped greatly. Samuel was very approachable and easy to talk to and made each appointment a pleasure to attend. At the end of my 6 sessions, I felt he had helped me immensely and I will continue with the exercises and stretches he gave me to prevent the injury re-occuring. Thanks Samuel.

Sciatica recovery

With each visit, Divya Gadhiya checked my improvement and then provided massage and exercises that made a noticeable improvement. The exercises she provided for my home sessions also supported my recovery. By the end of the sessions I was almost completely recovered with only a slight tightness leftover from my original injury. I’m very grateful for her knowledge and support during this period.

Francis has been fantastic

Francis has been fantastic. I felt like he really understood the problem and has been really supportive in figuring out exercises to help and modifications that suit me. He seems far more knowledgeable than other physios I've been to previously.

Double charged and customer service is joke

I was double charged, and customer service is beyond a joke. This company charged my card twice for payment, but as I'm claiming it back through my health insurance it's not an issue all they need to do is send me the invoices and I will be able to claim the money back, so I emailed and told them they had charged my card twice, but it wasn't an issue as I had two sessions left, so if they could send me those invoices I will claim the money back from my health insurance, well now this is where customer really "shines" they either ignore your emails Masha just sends you the same email asking for the same details every Friday, and yes I send her my details, but no response until Friday when she will send an email asking for the same information again, but still no invoices.
If I knew it was going to be this difficult I'd have waited for an appointment with the NHS. All I want to be able to do is the claim the money back that they charge, but since they have theirs now they don't care.

Poor service

My dr referred me in December with chronic shoulder pain.
I was eventually called for an assessment April 27th.
Having heard nothing since!!!!!!!!! I have over the past week tried to contact by email or phone call.
Today's 32 minute call ended in me putting the phone down as this is 32 mins besides all the other mins I will never get back
I wonder how many other people give up?
A really bad service

I just would like to say how grateful I am to Sakhee Shah, she is extremely professional and from the beginning she always was patient with me. I fractured my ankle back in March and she has been so efficient with explaining the gradual exercises I need in order to adjust to normal life. I was worried my ankle would never heal but she has not only giving me a step by step each week but also reassured me that in time I would be ok. Thank you for everything you do.

Very happy with results

Samuel Niroo was very thorough with a first examination to find where then points of pain were in my lower back.
Gentle daily exercise was prescribed first and targeted massage at second & following appointment seamed to improve mobility in a few weeks.

Very happy with results, With full mobility back with only a very minor neggle every now and then which is to be expected.

Overall happy
