Great product, competitive pricing, great training and overall a positive experience!

Great communication from the team, always at the other end of an email or phone if we ever have any issues or questions. Although launching of the platform was delayed on our side, they were there coaching us through the initial process.

We began using Asset Bank last year, and I have been really pleased with both the system and the wonderful implementation support I have received (thanks, Chris). The system is very flexible and intuitive and anytime I've come across something I couldn't figure out, Chris was also very quick to help. I highly recommend this DAM. As an archivist, I can also highly recommend for other archives, libraries, and museums.

Asset Bank have supplied our image library solution for 5 years now. I have always found Asset Bank great to work with - they are responsive and have a can do outlook - they want to find a solution to what you want. They know how to talk to novices and utilise technology in a way that everyone can understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

The most important aspect for us is to be able to share our contents worldwide, with distributors, athletes and dealers, being really fast. Improving researches by users with meta data is also really useful.

Interface is very easy to use for both regular users and administrators; SSO technology enables integration with our institution's authentication and authorization system; Granular access control; Embedded metadata mapping allows extraction of image embedded metadata upon asset uploading to auto populate attributes; Integration with Google maps, Wordpress, MS office, and pdf etc. Great implementation support.

Asset Bank has been a great system for us, vastly improving the way we work with images and other assets on a day to day basis across the organisation. The set up was easy, with constant support from the Asset Bank team (particularly Stewart). By using Asset Bank in our company, it has allowed us to easily share images and other digital assets with internal and external stakeholders, without them accessing our server. It is a great timesaver with people able 'self serve' with restraints that you set.

After using Asset Bank for several months now, I can safely say it has significantly improved the way we handle day-to-day admin tasks and manage our files. The DAM is extremely intuitive and adds a lot of benefits like a preview function of InDesign and Photoshop files and seamless sharing both internally and externally, which is essential for our business. My colleagues quickly adopted Asset Bank and they are continuously finding new ways to use the system. This has also been made possible by the brilliant support team of Asset Bank who are always quick to respond and give very clear instructions.

Having a system that can house all of our global and regional assets in one place has further improved collaboration and is breaking down silos within our company by providing a platform not only for archiving files but for sharing best practices across departments.

Asset Bank is such a user friendly system - our colleagues love it and find it very easy to use. It has also been very useful for sharing images with external parties such as designers etc, as there are several ways to share the assets. The set up process was great and it was so helpful to have one-to-one support and training from a real human being!
