I've been using Asset Bank's digital asset management solution for just over 2 years. From my first contact with the company, it's clear they are passionate about the product and keen to find a solution that fits well with businesses of all sizes.

The system is very user friendly, easy to use and functions how you would expect it to from day one of installation. I've had no issues using the system over the past 2 years and would highly recommend the DAM solution from Asset Bank.

Asset Bank is a very good product. We had been using masses of folders with deep hierarchy and often discovered 'lost' assets and multiple duplicates. Even after only 1 week of using Asset Bank, we are reaping the benefits of having a professional cloud-based asset management system.

What's not to like?!

Our organization had been looking for a way to store media, enable our staff to access it, and track its use for quite a while. Asset Bank was the perfect solution for our needs. Those of us already using it have found it intuitive and easy to use. When we are able to roll it out to the rest of our organization, I have no doubt that the user experience will be simple and positive.

Assetbank has proven to be a great piece of software. It's stable, fast, user friendly and runs smoothly on all browsers and provides users single sign-on in our Microsoft network.

We introduced Asset Bank so we could centralize all of our assets in one place instead of each local market having their own material. The change has been amazing, we have reduced workloads and made everything easy to find.

Asset Bank is relatively simple to configure for an admin and intuitive for the end users so almost no training was required. We've now opened the doors to our partners and are hear nothing but good things.

AssetBank is a really great system for storing images in one central location. We especially love the key word tagging, and categories, so searching for the image you need is so much easier than before. It also extremely quick in uploading and downloading images, and we love having the ability to link items together, bulk update the information for our images, set expiry dates, and create contact sheets within the system. All in all we are really pleased with AssetBank. Although it has some really great and complex features, it's incredible easy to use and navigate.The support from AssetBank was wonderful during the set up period and I have had no end of positive feedback from colleagues.

Asset Bank has been instrumental in allowing us to set up an online video distribution service for our organization's members scattered across the globe. The ability to set permission levels, harvest metadata from uploaded video files and link text and audio assets to a given video has given us a very functional workflow at an affordable price. We are conscious that we have only begun to discover the depth that this product offers and appreciate the helpful knowledge base materials available online. All this and more topped with superlative customer service convinces us that we have made the right choice with Asset Bank.

Asset Bank is a great system that delivers exactly what you want. It is hugely adaptable in both appearance and how the user wants it to work, and covers all types of media. The online support is excellent.

The IFAD Image Bank was the last in a long line of steps that we needed to take to make the transition from an analog to a digital photo library. At the time, we had an online archive but we did not have a way of storing high-resolution images together with our data and thumbnails. Our internal and external clients would make requests via email and we would literally have to take the CD's off the shelf and upload the images to an ftp site. Also, we work a lot with our graphic design studio and the designers needed a way of accessing the high resolution files without fishing through the CD's. In addition, IFAD has offices all over the world, and we wanted to offer our images to all of our colleagues and to our global development partners.

We did a lot of research on the best way to go live with our images. We analyzed what our partner UN organizations were using and also what photo agencies were working with. We even tried to design something ourselves at one point. We had companies come in and give presentations and we asked for price quotes. We had to decide if we wanted to have the system sit on our server or if we wanted it to be managed by the company that sold us the software. We didn’t have much budget and decided that in the long run it would be more sustainable to keep it on our server. We ultimately found that Asset Bank was the solution that came as close to our needs as we could find, and at a reasonable price. We immediately made a few minor requests for development and were good to go.

It is working well. We have since done some development including the photo essay feature and some enhanced reporting features and overall it serves the purpose that we need it to serve. It is very intuitive and has a lot of great features that make our work easier. We have developed some FAQ and user instructions but it would be great if Asset Bank could also provide a two-pager or template that the client could personalize for their respective registered users.

AssetBank is a well programmed and timesaving system, that offers in it's standard version a lot of features worth the money. The project/support team answers fast and professional.

With the web interface and the multi lingual functionality it is possible, to let even the non-IT-guys work with the systems after a short introduction. Usability and Administration is flexible and customisable - to fit everyone’s need.

I highly recommend this system, if you need a good and stable solution, that doesn't cost more than you can afford.

The company have always been very professional from first contact and with any subsequent queries. At the start the software took some time to set up in terms of planning our categories, attributes, groups etc but that's because your connfiguring to your own specifications. The admin function is actually pretty self-explanatory and creating accounts for individual staff with different permissions is easy. I really like the fact that you can customise much of it yourself.

Uploading large quantities of material is simple and if you do make a mistake, the bulk or batch updates are a life saver! Once your assets are uploaded and keyworded, finding the right asset is a piece of cake. Our own developers have integrated the software with out website providing an easy way of linking our images in Asset Bank to those on our website.

I'm sure we are not using the software to its full potential, but for our requirements it's great. I would not hesitate to recomment this company and its software to anyone looking for a flexible, easy to use DAM solution.

Considering the task, Asset Bank made the job easy. With help on hand when you need it and queries answered very quickly, setting up and modifying our own Asset Bank has been relatively straightforward. The Asset Bank itself is very flexible and you can get it to do a lot of things. All text is editable so you can get your message across to your users without haveing to keep asking Asset Bank for assistance but they are there if you do need help.
