We have been using Asset Bank for a number of years now and have just benefitted from the Healthcheck package, upgrade and refresh of the latest features. This process has only enhanced what is already a great product and resource for storing, archiving and sharing valuable assets across a large international organization.
Aesthetically it looks great and really showcases photography while the functionality affords many options to configure Asset Bank to your bespoke needs in terms of structure and organizing assets.
Working with Stewart in the support team was great. He really helped get the best out of the consultancy package identifying areas for continual improvement and managing a lot of the more challenging technical aspects.
Overall a great product and support service.

Since joining Study Group just 6 months ago I have been a regular user of Bright Interactive's Asset Bank. It is truly feature packed and offers excellent search and categorisation facilities. Being able to quickly create and share (both internally and externally) your own Light-box's (essentially a customised bundle of assets) using your own company's branding at every step of the way is a huge bonus to us and helps maintain an extremely high level of professionalism when communicating with our partners/clients.

Asset bank is an easy to use tool, if you happen to be stuck on something they have a service team with a quick response. The member of the team spoke and instructed me through my issue in a non-technical manor, which really helped me to understand the potential of Asset bank.

Asset Bank is the archiving solution of our dreams, with a customer service team to match. It is helping our organization pull together a variety of disparate databases cobbled together over the course of years—finally uniting our files in one central location with intuitive searching and a beautiful user-friendly interface. The customization options are seemingly limitless to fit every possible application of what is already a fantastic platform.

It was intimidating to start the search for a new DAM, but Asset Bank jumped off the list as the clear front-runner, and proved the best even after rigorous comparison with competitors. The support of the Asset Bank team is what puts it over the top. At every turn in the process, the answer was “yes, we can do that” or “we will figure out how to make it happen.” Training that could have been boring was to-the-point and customized for our needs. Throughout the consultancy process, the Asset Bank team consistently transformed what seemed insurmountable challenges into conquerable bite-size chunks. A flawless experience!

Asset Bank is easy to learn and a terrific program! It stores all of our photos perfectly and I really like the option to further categorize them into folders and sub-folders. The customer service side of Asset Bank is incredible! Ash is great to work with and will explain things as well as troubleshoot any concerns. The other thing I know that many people appreciate about this program is the ability to have customized for your specific needs. I highly recommend Asset Bank and their great support staff!

I have really enjoyed the service level and the Asset Bank product. This product was originally just used to capture the samples coming into our corporate office, but after conference calls with the Asset Bank team they have helped enhance the product even more. Great service and follow up.

The application has always been very reliable and is very easy and flexible to apply changes due to its comprehensive administration toolkit . The additional support Asset Bank provides is responsive and reliable, with several available pricing structures. The Royal Shakespeare Company implemented Asset Bank as their new DAMS solution in October 2013. Since roll-out, the system has become integral to our day-to-day working, and is currently utilised in many more ways than previously conceived.
Our internal users love the intuitive interface, and the ability to lock assets linked with access levels and groups has helped us protect our content and IP across a large organisation. We can now easily share assets across departments and have minimised storage requirements for large files, including photos and video.
Along the way, the team at Asset Bank have been hugely supportive, allowing customisation of our system and the ability to expand as the DAMS has become a larger part of how our company operates. No problem is ever too small or large, and the personalised contact with the team at Asset Bank is a huge part of how comfortable I feel administering the system. I would highly recommend them as a scalable, affordable solution for arts organisations.

Asset Bank is a fantastic product - it is a piece of software that can be easily moulded to work within a company's structure.

The service I receive from the support team is fast and very helpful. Our company uses Asset Bank to store our assets across five Operating Divisions in several countries and we have adapted it to work to how we need it to very successfully.

The consulting sessions were very helpful and we tried to prepare for them as much as possible.

Asset Bank recently upgraded our homepage. Throughout the process the customer support was excellent - any queries I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. We are very happy with our new homepage which is much cleaner and more straight forward to navigate.

Rich was very flexible to our requests and always ready to help. We have changed the system a lot from its first layout and structure, and all the changes were done swiftly. The explanation about how the online platform works has always been clear and now we master the system pretty well. The level of support provided allows for confidence in the system. The response to queries and software issue is dealt with swiftly and the response comes from client facing support.
