We found Asset Bank to be an ideal solution for our needs. It's clean, intuitive to use and very powerful. The contextual help on a given page is particularly useful and clear. Rollout and set up has a been very well managed and smooth, and the overall customer service and response to queries during that process has been exceptional. Would highly recommend.

We have found AssetBank a very stable product with a intuitive and uncluttered user interface. The flexibility in configuration it provides has enable us to satisfy our requirements for managing our digital media assets. Even though we are on the other side of the world the responsiveness in support requests have been very good.

Great tool for managing and sharing digital assets across the organization. A very customizable resource that provides good overall user experience, and is easily adapted to no matter what the level of familiarity.

The photolibrary is an excellent resource for use when producing our literature and marketing material

Asset Bank was chosen by our communications company in spring 2013 and so far it's showing its strength in the ease and speed of adding and finding files in the following media types: audio, documents, graphics, logos, photos, publications and video. The beauty of this software is the ability to customize exactly to your needs. There is a bit of effort needed on the front end to select the attributes and categories you need but that's what makes a very custom product...no "one size fits all" here. TIme is required on the uploading to properly keyword, caption, etc. but once the files are loaded you obtain a very fast way to locate what you need. Images are easily viewed as lightboxes, large image popups, and may be shared by e-mailing directly from the system or downloading as a file. Support is excellent from our friends "across the pond" and just rate this A+++++.

We looked at several similar applications as a home for our internal corporate image library (previously held in Windows). From a short list of two Asset Bank was a unanimous choice as it offered the most user friendly interface. Migration was painless, indeed what problems we encountered were largely due to our internal firewall configuration. Technical communication and support from Bright Interactive was during that process, and continues to be, friendly and efficient, mostly dealing with our lack of experience of the product.
Although we have produced an internal training script for our users in reality anyone who is computer literate can use the Asset Bank effectively with just a couple of minutes tuition.
The front end of any library however can only be successful after investing time and effort in the background i.e. uploading and categorising images. We have managed this with a very small team on an ad hoc basis. Not really a big deal!
Would we return to where we were a year ago before Asset Bank? A resounding "No"!

We often forget that when looking for a solution to a problem that we need to consider all aspects: Price, functionality, and support. Price is usually number one, can you afford it? With the old saying, "you get what you pay for", with Asset Bank you get way more bang for your buck. Next comes functionality. The software is amazing, the amount of customization is fantastic, and if you can think of a different way of doing things that hasn't been developed, then the crew at Bright Interactive will work with you to develop that feature (for a reasonable fee). We did just that on one occasion and we do not regret it at all. The one that is most often overlooked is the service that the company provides if it is ever needed. The Asset Bank support crew is hands down the hidden gem in the equation. Even though we host our own servers and maintain the product we have had to reach out to the support team on a number of occasions. Always an amazing experience ever. Email support is extremely fast never frustrating.

What we have found is that if there is any operational issues it was our own fault, poor metadata, improper planning or training, and bad (lazy) habits. I have and will continue to recommend Asset Bank to anyone looking for a quality DAM solution.

In addition to everyone elses comments...Nice and clean interface. Easy to pick up and understand as an irregular user (am the IT / Project Manager/ Admin guy who supports our media team in using asset bank).

Easy to remember, easy to configure, flexible system and opportunities to get customisations to organisations specific needs.

Due to its ease of use and great UI users have needed little or no training. Help function is very impressive and specific to the page you are on, which saves a lot of time on the admin side

Very helpful staff who have an understanding of local authority users/demands/needs.

I know if I get a user request that stumps me the asset bank team will help me out rather than fob me off. If the request requires an enhancement that was understandably chargable they've also given me low cost or in built options and given the pros and cons of each that I may not be able to see. Patient team, great support from top down.

As an integrator for Asset Management solutions I have been using Asset Bank exclusively for the last 5 years. We have integrated a lot of clients into the system with the knowledge that the project will always go smoothly on the install and the setup of the instance, but more importantly that the support behind the instance is ridiculously superb. The last thing I want is to have a client with an issue and no support behind me. I always joke (though based on truth) that if I have not heard back from support in a very timely fashion I know they are all dead)

It has full functionality out of the box for all those bells / whistles that are expected, but one of the vastly overlooked features is its appearance and ease of use. It is designed in such a way that is natural to navigate and use. It does not look like a mirror to a "c" drive windows 1998 folder system.This makes for easy use of the system and allows for easy adoption for new users which in our world, is over half the problem with integrating systems. People hate change though they all like Asset Bank

Take a look at their offerings, you will not be disappointed.

The tool has worked very well for us over the last few years. We are now looking at the expansion of the tool across multiple departments as it has been well received by others within the business.

Asset Bank is a DAM that allows Marketing teams to distribute collateral to their customers. I like that there is a lot of flexibility in the Asset Bank system and it's not some dumb FTP server- this DAM has very relevant features when it comes to delivering content to many user types including search with suggestions, filters, and lightboxes. Also, logging of the changes on assets is key to track who touched which assets when and the out of the box reports are useful. I have complaints about the video thumbnails not being automatically generated and search not always sufficiently finding what our users are looking for (due to differences in how assets are added). But the ability to move to cloud and the reliability of Asset Bank have saved me in my role as System Admin significantly. Asset Bank is regularly adding useful features to the software. I just wish I knew which features are coming online next quarter.

I have no daughts at all to recommend Asset Bank. They are very dedicated and the support is very educational and responsible and you get a trust full and honestly response. This program has a huge amount of possibilities and is always reliable and stable. When the Asset Bank is up and running It is an very easy to use, for both users and admins with a amazing potential of posibilities.

We've been using Asset Bank at our school to manage our media resources for the past 4 years and have been very happy with the product. For the price it is more than adequate for the amount of photos and video we produce and manage (5000 images and 50 video productions) every year. It is easy to set up accounts for staff and students at our college to access resources and posting up content is very user friendly. If you are a small, medium or even large business that needs to organize and distribute various types media content I would highly recommend looking into Asset Bank as your digital asset management solution .

Asset Bank has delivered on all of its promises. Asset Bank has allowed us to decentralize our assets and let our regional marketing managers control their own assets, which improves information dissemination and removes the delay in waiting for corporate headquarters to get all of the global assets posted. This has, in turn, freed up my own time to spend on projects other than posting assets.

New ideas, suggestions and any small issues with Asset Bank have all been dealt with in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Asset Bank has nearly all of the features that a large organisation needs, plus there's enough flexibility in the design and page layout to personalise it to our corporate look. The CMS is easy to navigate, the site performs well, and I like the quarterly updates. Operational Groups are a fantastic way to segment different silos's assets without multiple installs. I did an extensive review of many DAMs and found that Asset Bank ticked nearly every box, while others were lacking for one reason or another. Tech support has been responsive and helpful. My only gripe was that the pricing guide on the website did not include the cost of user licences, which made a big impact on final figure. Also, Tomcat, which the system operates on, is tricky, and not many developers that I have access to know it well.
