Came across this business completely by surprise on google search. They had the leaf Blower in stock at a good refurb price, and ordered on Sunday 12th April. The order confirmation was immediate and informed of the dispatch date yesterday. The item arrived today in its original boxed packaging. Very professional business, great communication, and prompt service. based on this would highly recommend them.

I ordered a refurbed battery operated chain saw by Ryobi, it arrived on time, well packaged and seems to work well although I haven't had the opportunity to put it to the test in the garden yet, but hopefully all will be well.

Great product, if i wasn't told it was refurbished, I'd never have known.

Really good experience with Atlas Refurb & Repair. I bought a planer and a mitre saw from them and both arrived in great condition, honestly like new.
I’ve been using them regularly and they’re still working perfectly with no issues at all.

Customer service was also spot on. I’d definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Cannot fault the equipment. Looks virtually brand new. Was pleased it came with battery and charger. The only criticism was the box it came in but hey, you don't use the box, it goes in the recycle bin. This is the third tool I have had from Atlas, all looking brand new, well done.

Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time and money!

After waiting three weeks and sending numerous emails about a ‘missed ‘ scheduled collection I had to pay the repair upfront £349 . Their driver claimed 4 attempts were made, but no one ever tried to contact us. I was personally outside the office at 9:38 AM, and three other people had been inside since 8:00 AM, so it would have been impossible to miss when they said they were there !

It is extremely frustrating to be asked upfront payment for a repair as a condition to even collect the item then wait this long only to have the collection marked as “attempted” when no actual attempt was made.

I hope the company resolves this and arranges a proper collection, ideally through DHL or another reliable courier service.

Bought a refurbished Ryobi pressure washer, I actually found this company on Trustpilot which led me to buy from them in the first place, price was good & delivery too, absolutely brilliant, all I need now is a day without rain to clean the decking! Thank you

I've been using De Walt for a few years now - reasonably happy and mostly did the job. Then I was referred to the Milwaukee stuff and it was just next level. Whilst checking prices out online, I stumbled across Atlas Refurb and read the reviews. I'm not a big "refurbished" fan myself, but this time I took a punt as the kit was £100 cheaper than anywhere else, and included postage. I ordered and 2 days later it all arrived. I've tested it all out. What can I say? Awesome kit and truly awesome service from Atlas Refurb. Its about as brand new as brand new can be, full instructions, warranty and.......well, what a great company to do business with. Forget any concerns you might have about "refurbished" and just buy from Atlas. I'm going back for more!! Thank you so much
