Reminder of appointment. Lovely welcome on arrival from receptionist Pamela. Great to see Donna, the hearing aid specialist, and exchange personal news prior to hearing assessment. Starting with listening to my observations regarding my hearing, Donna carried out an absolutely thorough examination of my ears and hearing capacity. Adjustments were made to my hearing aids according to the findings. All in all a very friendly, professional, reassuring experience.

I went to Hidden Hearing in Altrincham for a hearing test, Antony conducted my appointment and all the tests. He was professional, kind and did a great job of ruling out all possible causes. Although it turns out there was nothing wrong with my hearing and I felt as I had wasted his time, he was very reassuring that it was better to have gone for the tests. If I have issues in the future, I will certainly return.

I had my annual review recently with Carol Anne from Aberdeen and as usual she was very professional and addressed any concerns that I had about my hearing and hearing aids. I have always had excellent attention from Hidden Hearing since I got Hearing Aids 10 years ago.

Callum examined my ears with professional thoroughness, explaining each step and leading to a clear conclusion. I was greatly impressed by his professional expertise and delighted to walk out with a comprehensive summary of the outcome.
Exemplary care and reliable service

The audiologist came to my home and spent time explaining the procedure and checked several times if I was at ease and guided me through the hearing test. She listened to what I was saying and the results of the test verified my day-to-day experience .
She gave me confidence every way and that great aftercare would be a strong feature of the service!

We had am extremely knowledgeable and patient consultant from hidden hearing come to help get the right equipment and have it properly set up. The difference in hearing was immediate and astonishing.

I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing. From my initial consultation with Donna Goldie I have been treated with professionalism, friendliness and nothing is to much trouble to get the best hearing possible, my transition from NHS hearing aids to the ones supplied from Hidden Hearing has made a massive difference to me. The aftercare is also first class.
