Visited Hidden Hearing, Summer Street Aberdeen for a free Hearing test as I was experiencing some pulsating tinnitus.

Firstly, I was welcomed by the pleasant receptionist. Then directed through to meet Donna Goldie, Audiologist for my appt.

Donna was extremely thorough in her examination and the equipment used surpassed a previous test I had with a different company.

I came away from my appointment feeling listened too (excuse the pun!) and informed in what steps to take next.

I am extremely glad I took the time to make this audiology appointment. I cannot recommend this branch highly enough.

Very friendly staff who made it a pleasureable and fun experience while maintaining a professional, efficient and courteous atmosphere.

My experience was made easy and comfortable due to the approach of Carol Anne who dealt with everything in a caring manner. She explained everything so well from beginning to end of my hearing test and examination. The lady who removed the wax was gentle and explained everything also. It was an easy process and reassuring. I feel very blessed to have had such a positive experience. Also reassuring was the after care. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone having issues with hearing loss. Thanks very much to those involved with my care.

The consultation was tailored to and met my exact needs, and the audiologist (Donna) is very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail.

My husband got a hearing aid from you last year can't use as it screams all the time .someone was supposed to be coming months ago never arrived. I rang up and they said she was on maternity leave so why didn't someone else come they want to your money but no after service. The person I spoke to on the phone said she would sort it nothing has happened.it is appalling after all the money he paid. It was the Nottingham branch seems like they don't know what they are doing.

Carol-Anne Home who was my consultant was very well informed, shared information very clearly in a very professional manner.
She was willing to spend time ensuring fitting was appropriate.

I needed my hearing aids adjusted. Donna was so professional and made me aware just how many programmes were available. I left there feeling much more educated about the product

Visited today with Calum for annual checkup. Appointment on time and impressed that he gave me a full hearing test to enable him to compare results with previous time. He is very experienced at his job and explained everything thoroughly to me, as we proceeded through all the aspects of the test. I felt well looked after by Hidden Hearing today, so many thanks to Calum for that….

Brilliant service.

I had a bad build up of wax that I needed out on very short notice. I managed to get an appointment last minute and the doctor was extremely thorough and encouraging. I would go again although I probably won’t need to after how well done this procedure was.

After swimming I found I couldn't hear properly. Called Hidden Hearing in Aberdeen and had an appointment within 48 hours for ear wax microsuction removal. The ear care practitioner, Teresa, was incredibly welcoming and professional. The use of camera equipment meant I was fully confident the blockages had been removed from my ears. Worth the price of hearing and the service was great.

Since I got my new hearing aids I have been perfectly happy and I am delighted to say too that my person who comes to my house has ensured that any problems to get in touch with the company and she will sort these out. Hidden Hearing have been very good to me and I would stand by them with their first class service.

Just back from Hidden hearing where I was treated for wax removal by the highly professional Taresa Lawrence. Teresa put me at ease from the word go explaining my treatment, showing me the tools needed to perform my wax removal, making sure I was comfortable before during and after my treatment, oh and don't forget that wonderful sense of humour. 10 out of 10.

My mum purchased a hearing aid from Hidden Hearing for a cost of just under £4000. She had spent £2500 just months before withAmplifon, who were then taken over by Hidden Hearing. Hidden hearing said they could not assist with the Amplifon one (even though they had bought the business?) and sold her a new one, with associated app to work it. She is 87 and could not hear with it at all. The sales rep kept visiting and adjusting it rather than taking it back, until we finally insisted they return it under the terms of the 60 day guarantee. This money back term nearly expired with all the to-ing and fro-ing to adjust it. She visited another audiologist who showed her that her ear was entirely blocked with wax. I wonder how a sale and several revisits can be made without actually using an otoscope to assess the ear canal. My advice - avoid at all costs.
