Pleasant receptionists, audiologists seem reluctant to check ears for wax even when I have prompted?
Also difficulty with optional 'ear grip' but no guidance?

I had consultation about my hearing which I was assured was free and no obligation. The audiologist wore a face mask (good) but it was absolutely filthy (bad!).
He fitted me with hearing aids ( didn't ask for this but OK). At the end I told him I wanted to think before committing to a £5000 outlay ( who wouldn't?). He became very shirty and pressed me hard to buy.
The whole consultation was simply a high pressure sales pitch and quite unpleasant when i didn't buy.

Professional and good service, nothing was too much trouble. Good advice given and aids are just perfect, and so comfortable! Hearing and fitting excellent, further follow up appointment made pto make sure all is still good !

Excellent service from the professionals at hidden hearing In Westbourne. I have been hiding my hearing loss for far too long until I booked appointment with hidden hearing. The consultation was first class and very informative, the fitting of the hearing aids was excellent, now I can hear things that I never could. If you have problems with your hearing don’t delay it book appointment with hidden hearing, first class.

I attended two appointments to sort out a new hearing aid. The first one was where all the testing took place and second was to fine tune the device. Both appointments went well and I now have much improved hearing.

Delighted with the whole experience. Throughout the staff were professional and charming. My new hearing aid is a vast improvement on my old National Health one in all respects. Amazing difference!! I don't have to ask people to repeat themselves any more !!!

I had a second follow up on 1st March at the Westbourne branch of Hidden Hearing following the issue of my hearing aids a month earlier. Victoria was excellent in her professional, but friendly manner and gave me very good help in adjusting to the new experience of wearing hearing aids. I feel lucky to have such a good service so local to me.

Servicedisappointing on this visit and on the previous visit the operator reversed the ears by accident and it was only discovered at my next visit as I was complaining how bad my hearing was. This is basic stuff should never happen and no apology at all. My appointment was 40 minutes late as well and again no apology. Somewhat disappointing.

Having suffered from intermittent hearing loss for some years I made an appointment for ear wax removal. The service was very professional and I was seen by a delightful lady who explained everything in detail. The procedure was quick and not at all painful and the effect on my hearing was instant. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone concerned about their hearing.

The staff at Hidden Hearing are always very helpful and kind.

At first I was not at all happy with the hearing aids. However after my review appointment the lady I saw made a few adjustments and now both aids work fine.

Had an appointment booked for 2.00 pm. 20 minutes later still waiting for my hearing test with no excuse as to why I was waiting. No idea how much longer I was going to have to wait so walked out. I had to put off other things so I could attend this appointment so was not amused in having to just sit around and wait

Since the NHS no longer deals with earwax removal, this was my first visit to Hidden Hearing in Westbourne. Prior to my visit the communication was good. At the clinic Roz Clarke was very informative, explaining everything she was doing and advice on aftercare at home. She was very customer focused and friendly, ensuring I was comfortable during the treatment with a great sense of humour (an important quality when dealing with earwax all day I would imagine!) which made the visits a pleasure. After two visits I was able to hear properly again. A smart well presented clinic which will be my go to place when I'm blocked up again. Thankyou Roz and Hidden Hearing!
