I cannot hear any better with aids the TV is turned up whether I wear them or not, but at last visit I found out that they were clogged and there was a fault with the left one. As I have insurance I believe it's covered and it will work. The service was good.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Three times appointment three times cancelled 10 minutes before appointment. First excuse car broken into, second excuse I'll, third excuse broken down. They take your money then don't care. My disabled mother got up at 6 30am because she takes so long to get ready to fit in to when they could come. Wanted afternoon appointment but none available. I'm with her now and she's in tears. Been waiting 3 years to get her aids serviced. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Customer service appalling. Avoid like the plague.

Frustration
Almost two years ago I applied for hearing aid that they were advertising and after a while trying to get them to work for me they decide that they were not suitable and recommended others, I acepte their judgment and went for the ones they recomendé and almost two years later still no satisfied as when I am in a meeting surrounding by several people ie having a meal in a pub, I am unable to join the conversation this is becoming very embarrassing as it gives the impression that I am not interested in the conversation, so I am very frustrated the only good thing about them is I can take mobile phone calls as they are linked directly with the phone and one other thing when I am on my watching tv 📺. I pay over 3K and have been to have them graduated, to not avail so I can only give them one star for been able to use my mobile and watch tv unfortunately on my own

The procedure itself was quick and painless.

It was easy to book very safe and hygiene conscious throughout my visit will definitely recommend.
I use them for earwax removal it was quick and painless and my hearing is the best it’s ever been, worth every penny

Good hearing test very pleasant operator
Unfortunately the hearing aid prescribed and subsequently purchased was not suitable for an elderly man with poor close up eyesight
The aids were returned and I am awaiting a refund
New found hearing experience!
Met the very professional gentleman, Paul, who conducted my interview and hearing test/ assessment, this was comprehensive, most in formative and helpful. I discovered I had lost 63% of my hearing i the right ear and 64% in the left! This is why I find my National Health aids not to e very helpful as they were not sufficiently up to date to aid my problems! Paul then allowed me to try an Oticon product,which I found returned myhearing to nearly normal! I agreed to purchase the Oticon model and made an appointment to collect the new devices in ten days time, have now collected and worn my new aids for a month, am absolutely delighted with my new found hearing ability, no longer have TV volume up high ! No longer asking my wife to repeat things, much more aware of bird song and other noises around me! Very satisfied, money well spent, good value in improved lifestyle and decent hearing!
