Availed myself with the free hearing assessment! Ellen in the Brentwood office was very good explaining how and what she was doing. I will also add that the receptionist (can’t recall her name) was very helpful and made me feel welcome. For me the only downside was the cost of the hearing aids they were out of my budget at this time!

Very efficient appointment system run by Eva, the Shenfield receptionist, and effective and supportive treatment by Debbie, with practical follow-up advice.

I had an excellent service at the Shenfield branch. Eva was extremely efficient in making the booking and Debbie removed the large amount of wax in both my ears with no difficulty. Debbie explained the whole procedure and made the whole process very calm.

I have been suffering with blocked ears for a while and following a recommendation from a friend I booked an appointment with Hidden Hearing. Debbie was very thorough and explained everything to me. The end result is what I hoped for and will be back for a check up in 6 months.
