Easy to book my annual review. Very friendly and efficient receptionist. Very knowledgeable and competent audiologist. Excellent experience overall with Audika.

I was using another brand of hearing aids and was not happy with the service. I went to Audika and had a hearing test and got information on the different types of hearing aids available and the services offered. Asad Batt, who was looking after me was extremely professional and encouraged me to ask many questions, which I did. There was no pressure to buy, which I really liked. I knew from the hearing test and trying new hearing aids that they were so much better than the ones I was using. I went away thinking about the cost, which was a concern, but an hour later I called to say I wanted to buy them. I had an appointment a few hours later and bought them. Asad explained everything I needed to know and answered more questions. I have since had 2 follow up appointments just to make some slight adjustment and then to make sure they were fine and I was happy with them. Both Asad and Teresa on reception were very friendly and happy to help. I would certainly recommend Audika to friends and family.

I been having hearing test at Hidden Hearing for a few years after getting ear moulds for In Ear Monitors for Music Performance. Dee gave me a thorough test this year after my partner told me she thought my hearing was compromised. Dee found I had a slight hearing loss and recommended I should have hearing aids. She also found I had some inflammation of my ear canals and arranged for a follow up appointment to check on the inflammation progress. Finding little improvement Dee wrote a letter to my GP.

I had the best test was clear in explaining the whole way how it will work n how things can change for me for my hearing , I have never been told that thier is help for people who have cochlea problem she told me thier is help out thier I really appreciate the way she explained everything to me, thank you again kind person, it’s been a whole new experience for me Dee were amazing the best so far that I have been to.

Got my hearing tested and my ear wax sucked out and it felt so much better (painless too) 💖 staff are really friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly ✨ definitely reccommend to anyone who gets nervous easily as the audiologists and receptionists were all really kind and overall its a very relaxed environment💞

Came in with faulty aids and had a holiday yo USA can not cope with out my hearing aids Teresa booked me in with Dee and because of my One plan I was given aids to use on my Holiday and had the best time with my brother that I had not seen in 2yrs. Can't thanks both Ladies enough just got my hearing back today and they sound fandabidozie

Have to say how good Teresa at Hidden Hearing, Derby is. My Dad has been having problems with his ears lately. We’ve had several visits to Hidden Hearing during the process of solving the issues. Teresa always helps massively with trying to get appointments that work all round, she welcomes everyone warmly - and all the customers know her! Dee also has helped us a lot. Both ladies have worked closely with hearing aid manufacturers to make my Dad’s life much better. So thank you both!

It is always so nice to go to Hidden Hearing in Derby . Theresa, the receptionist is so friendly and welcoming and always offers to get you a hot or cold drink . Dee, the audiologist is very, very patient and professional . She explains everything so clearly. I had the wax taken out of my ears last week and the new technician is lovely , just as gentle and patient as Laura the former technician who has now gone to train to be an audiologist I’m sorry I can’t remember the new technician’s name , but she was a lovely Asian lady who spoke perfect English. I always feel very calm on my visits, to Hidden Hearing not “all worked up” as I have been at another hearing place.

Coming from a background in music making and constantly being surrounded by sound and noise, I’ve become more aware of how easily hearing can be fatigued. At 30, I’m genuinely concerned about maintaining my hearing health, so I was really grateful to have the opportunity to get it tested. Thank you, Dee, for taking the time to check everything and ensure that there are no issues. It was very reassuring and useful just to have that peace of mind.

They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand.
