Right from the onset I felt welcomed. I was overwhelmed by the whole process but the fantastic staff at Hidden Hearing (Dee and Teresa) made sure I felt at ease. Dee (specialist) ensured I understood the whole process of my assessment as we went along. Overall I felt very pleased with the support and service I received. I 100% recommend Hidden Hearing, Derby to everyone.

I attended a session for my partners appointment and I felt very grateful for the service and for the communication between my partner and the specialist from Hidden Hearing ( Dee ).

Teresa, Dee and Asad have been fabulous! I can't recommend hidden hearing enough. Mum (85) had a bad road traffic accident which lead to a stroke, major fractures, hospitalisation for 5 months, nursing home for 3 months....during this time she relied so much on her hearing, yet without her hearing aids she couldn't hear a thing..... over the 8 months we must have had to call hidden hearing at least half a dozen times to fix issues with hearing aids, damages caused by hospital.... thank heavens for the one plan, but more importantly for the responsiveness of the team to bring temporary replacements, get fixed, travel to hospital, nursing home. It was so critical mum could hear in her vulnerable condition and the team were fantastic supporting all the way. After the first issue with her hearing aids we always had peace of mind. I only went for a free test but, after experiencing the
Oticon hearing aids, I could not leave the shop without buying them. That was two years ago. Each visit since
has been helpful and rewarding and my most recent visit was no exception, the Audiologist now being D. who I found to be a very experienced and instructive lady. She solved my immediate problem and has booked me in for two further visits which will bring me

Really put me at ease, quite enjoyable really, not a lot you could really do as it was tinnitus, tried a few things, but alas, nothing, I know it sounds like a bad review, it's seriously not

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming . Hearing test is very thorough , audiologist explaining every step and helpful advice on the testing result .

Upon arrival I was met by Teresa who welcomed me in and with a glowing smile offered tea/coffee for myself with biscuits.
Whilst waiting in the reception she made me feel at ease and the whole experience was wonderful.

A Very Satisfying Experience

After Service. Their After Service is very good which to me is very important. Dates are kept and any queries one has between appointments the Staff are very helpful. I have visiting Staff and they are always polite, helpful, and give one confidence they are doing all they can to help one.This is the Staff from Derby/Nottingham Hidden Hearing.

A good consultation held in a very professional and friendly manner. A thorough check of my ears and a full explanation of the findings. I'd certainly recommend Hidden Hearing in Derby :-)

Maariyah at the Derby branch is great. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic.
She always takes time to explain things and recommend the most suitable hearing aid. She also explains the level of hearing loss using the audiogram on the computer.

Great service from Maariyah Nazir I was concerned about my hearing but once tested she said I’m within normal hearing levels for my age and gave me some tips of what to do to help me. My husband went with me and she even shocked inside his ears to see if they were healthy. Great support.
