Friendly and understanding service for wax removal

Had problems with my hearing aids,but these were sorted out at my annual review. Friendly and helpful service.

I made an appointment with Hidden Hearing Leicester for wax removal after increasing hearing problems and ear and jaw pain. Emma was extremely professional, skilled and knowledgeable and also very welcoming and friendly. She sorted out the worst ear at the first appointment and I went back 2 weeks later for the other one. Very happy, I can now hear again and all my pain has gone. The whole experience was easy and great value, I paid £50 for the first appointment and the second one was free. I was also given a vial of Earol at no extra cost. My husband has had wax removal on a number of occasions at different places and he said that Hidden Hearing was a long way the best. We will both be back for any future problems, and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I had a great experience to visit at hidden hearing. Receptionist welcomed me very warm. She was lovely, polite, helpful, caring. Made me relax. The lady who checked my ears was so caring. I will highly recommend to go there and get checked ur ears. U will have great experience.

My 92 year old mum couldn't hear at all. Jan expertly, patiently & gently removed blockages. Mum can hear again and doesn't need an aid now. Jan & Clare were friendly, knowledgeable, polite and didn't try to sell us anything.
Honestly. The ethos of this company is sound and its staff well trained. Not a cash cow operation like the high street outfits. We won't use anyone else now. We've found the best.

Very pleased with my new hearing aids, much better than my NHS pair which I now keep as a back up. I only wish I knew of hidden hearing sooner. Very satisfied and service so far is excellent. Thank you to Fareeha who has set my aids up perfectly, I am surprised at how comfortable they are I forget they are in my ears.

Due to injury, I have a profoundly deaf left ear since the age of 15, I thought nothing could be done for this ear. However, Fareeha Khan the Audiologist at hidden hearing, Leicester suggested a CROS aid. Therefore, I now have a hearing aid that transmits sound from the left side to my hearing aid on the right. This enables me to hear sounds from the left side better. I am getting on brilliantly so far and have been using them for 6 months. Fabulous service and hearing aids.

Delightful service by Fareeha, I am on my second pair of aids from hidden hearing and have been pleased every visit.

I had to visit HH to have wax removal. It had been causing me great problems and ear drops couldn't shift it. Jan performed miracles with her removal equipment. It is the first time I have ever had issues but I know where to go in future should the need arise.

Top notch service, very satisfied with the service from Fareeha. I was getting discomfort with the right hearing aid fitment, she changed the wire and rubber end and now it sounds brilliant and no discomfort whatsoever.
