Brilliant professional service
I made a booking online late on Sunday evening and was contacted by a representative early the following morning, and after a discussion, telling the rep that I just needed a test, but could not afford hearing aids at the moment, was told that that didn't matter. The test was booked for Thursday pm. The test was carried out by an extremely polite young lady, who obviously had been well trained.
The test was very thorough and did reveal a significant loss in my hearing above about 3kHz.
I tried the Otis hearing aids, and 'wow' I could hear so much more detail.
Again, I told the lady, Fareeha Khan BSc MSHAA that due to a house move etc, I could not afford them at the moment.
There was no fuss, no pushy sales talk. Totally professional and understanding.
(The hearing aids I tried would cost 5K!!)
I guess it's all a matter of personal circumstances. I would have loved to be in a position to buy them, but sadly, not just yet.
I'll have to put up with my stereo sounding like an old AM radio, with no high frequencies, complete with the heterodyne whistling that Ive come so used to.
5 stars awarded because of the high-quality test, and the brilliant attitude and manner of Fareeha.

best experience of wax removal
The Practitioner was so friendly and relaxed asking about my problem and explaining the process fully. I have had wax removal at other places but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I felt extremely comfortable with the whole thing and will continue to come here.
