Great experience from start to finish - easy to book, facilities are really good and Wendy was an excellent practitioner. Put me at ease and got me hearing in HD again!

I have had a particularly bad hearing problem due to my overuse of Earol (trying to clear some old wax ) and have made 3 visits to Wendy who has patiently and extremely carefully cleared all the wax from both ears without pain ! I am so grateful for her intervention and care and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone considering ear wax removal .A first class service-thank you Wendy

I came into the shop on Monday to ask about a hearing aid. What a lovely person the receptionist was. I think her name was Susan. Extremely helpful and I will recommend. Beautiful hair too!

I took my mother to have a hearing check, turned out she isn't deaf but had rather large blockages in both ears! the staff made my mum feel very at ease, gave her some olive oil spray to use for a week before having wax removal done. massive thank you to all the staff that dealt with her

My hearing was tested thoroughly not just in the booth. I felt important and was demonstrated where my hearing could be improved. Everything was explained in full. Although my Aids are now 8 years old and I tried new ones I was not pushed to purchase them. A truly proffesional experience.

I had a fabulously positive experience with Wendy Green at Hidden Hearing in Leigh. She took time to run through everything, and both ears were successfully unblocked within the allocated time. Audiology care at it's best!

The audiologist was very friendly and took the time to explain everything very clearly to myself and my elderly mother the tests and results were very clear to see. I came in this morning for a hearing test, and regarding my young age, I was quite nervous at what might have come up. I was welcomed by Mrs Jennie Canham and quickly put at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions answered without hesitation. My hearing was tested thoroughly and it really wasn’t as bad a process as I had imagined! Big thanks to Jennie and the team at Hidden Hearing, Leigh-on-Sea.

After trying hearing aids from another company, I visited Jen at Hidden Hearing. She explained why my existing ones were not suitable for me. This made perfect sense as they were extremely uncomfortable. I now have perfect hearing aids and I'm very impressed with Jen's knowledge, friendliness and caring attitude.

I was lucky enough to see Jennie Canham today at the Leigh Branch. I have suffered with my ears since I was little and after always feeling pushed aside, Jennie understood all my concerns and has now referred me for further hospital treatment. Jennie was very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and supportive. If anything, I wish I could have had all my ear problems dealt with by Jennie! Thank you again, I’m so grateful to have been able to see you today. I would also like to add the receptionists who booked my appointment were so kind and understanding, listing all of my worries in readiness for my appointment, a great team overall!

I SUFFER FROM SOME MEMORY & COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT PROBLEMS AS A RESULT OF DOING NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR & PROFESSIONAL BOXING FOR THE UK FOR OVER 20 YEARS. AS A RESULT I FORGOT THAT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY YET WHEN I ASKED HER TO WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL I TIDY MY FLAT. SHE WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PATIENT AND KIND WHILST WAITING FOR 10 MINS & ONCE SHE CAME INTO MY FLAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT IN TERMS OF LETTING ME KNOW THAT I HAD WON THE COMPETITION & WAS NOW GIFTED A WONDERFUL NEW HEARING AID SET & HAD MY HEARING VERY THOROUGHLY *TESTED IN BOTH EARS, AS MY LEFT EAR DRUM WAS ALSO PERFORATED DURING MY 20 YEAR BOXING CAREER.
