From the day I was referred to Phil, he has always been on top of his game. Never dealt with someone so willing to work with you and go way above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience with the product.

Phil was quick to respond and always available to answer questions and more importantly you can tell he definitely cares and wants everyone to have a great experience ordering from him. Items were shipped promptly and arrived quickly, even though it was shipped internationally. Would definitely buy from audio concierge again.

It is often the case that it is only when you have problems with something, perhaps a broken device or the like, that you notice difference between sellers. In my case I got a problem and Audio Concierge solved it with the greatest possible attention. Short response times, clear questions and answers. I have never before experienced such an excellent customer service. Worth mentioning is also that they delivered record fast. I will be a returning customer, no doubt.

Phil provided a great service from start to finish. He is supplying products that are often in high demand and manufactured in low quantities so managing customers' expectations, for what are premium products, is a difficult task but one which he accomplishes with professionalism and ease.
