No one likes paying for a breakdown…

No one likes paying for a breakdown service until that service is needed - but it's so worth it when you run into difficulty! Auto Aid is very reliable - I have used the service several times over many years (once, needing recovery from Norfolk to Oxford - it took several hours but it was SO good to get the car recovered to exactly the right place). I've been so pleased with the service that I wouldn't change to any other breakdown recovery company.

Have been an Autoaid Customer for a number of years.
Like the fact that we can have both drivers covered to drive either of the two cars we own.
Competitive pricing for Breakdown Cover.
Good Customer Service communications.
Straight forward website and easy to use.

Perfect Rescue Service

Im compelled to leave a review. I called out Auto Aid for my wife who had a breakdown in Wood Green (we live well out in Essex). The recovery was with her in 45mins, she says they guy was very polite and offered her a bottle of water. Managed to get her car started in no time at all. She was already on her way home when the call centre called to make sure she was OK and the recovery had arrived in the forecasted time. Absolutely perfect service.
