Top class…

Everything was very easy to understand and make a choice.

The MSE recommendation made you a lead contender. However, the services and options are excellent - so worth the recommendation.

Thanks!

Mind at ease for a lone female driver

Got auto reminders, easy to pay or update anything online. able to download really fast and easy to save account info in app wallet on phones.

Used AutoAid once when my car would not start leavening a car park following a funeral. Lady was really helpful on the phone and had someone coming to me under an hour. Been a single female and often driving long distances on my own been with AutoAid really puts my mind at ease.

Needed to check whether I'd set up…

Needed to check whether I'd set up automatic renewal on my policy. Tina answered but there was some sort of computer glitch her end so she asked if I could hang on whilst she got it assorted. No problem. It seems that a few days ago there had been a few rises to items on my policy but she managed to clear these saying they were duty bound to honor the price on the renewal notice.
Fair play and dealt with with professionalism and good humour.
Thanks Tina!

Easy to use

Easy to use, recommended by MSE. The only annoying part is the failure to get my title right, and the address right on the forms (Docto instead of Doctor, no spaces or capitals in the address) - irritating but not significant in terms of breakdown cover!

Why you will never be the AA or the RAC

Very much like Premiership Football teams, companies are always separated by what they consider the ‘little details’.

The ones that are never the best companies are usually run by a fat bloke called ‘Dave’. Dave spends a lot of his day playing on his mobile and sniffing around the women in the office.

Now are Auto aid run by a Dave??
Well, try changing addresses with them. The call centre guy told me it’s a £5 charge, or do it for free on the website.

Listen monkey, you have the old address for me. I’m helping you fix YOUR administration.
And their is the difference: Their is obviously no money in changing addresses is their?

But guess what: The AA and RAC DONT do that do they. They just change your address on the phone like a normal person would.

I’ve give you 3 stars instead of one as it’s an easy fix….just fix it.

Auto aid….3rd place losers always. 🤷‍♂️

Fantastic value car breakdown cover nationwide

I was looking for a good breakdown service and found auto aid via MoneySavingExpert website who reviewed it and stated that they were a very good company. The policy cover includes me my wife Home start Breakdown and onward recovery all in one policy which is fantastic value at £57 I would recommend auto aid to anybody who is looking for a good quality car breakdown cover.
