I recently purchased a brand new Audi RS3 8Y Saloon from Automotive Addiction.
I am slightly lost for words on how to describe the service from these guys, in that it is nothing like a standard car sales. The team at Automotive Addiction have set the bar SO high for car sales and preparation, that you will not find anyone anywhere that even comes close.

From first contact with Dhyllan, the process has been unlike anything I have ever experienced before (and I have bought a few cars before, from either Audi itself or other 3rd party dealers). Dhyllan and his team really make an effort to get to know you, what you want from your car, what kind of customer you are.
The time he spent on the phone with me before I decided to buy the car... I can only quantify it as hours!
Dhyllan is very busy running his business (and he runs it very well!) and yet he somehow always magically found the time to take my calls, or even to call me back.
You won't find a car salesperson who will do that the same way he does. Car salesperson is even a misnomer for Dhyllan (or any of his team!). These guys are genuine car enthusiasts, true petrolheads and if you want to talk about cars (especially German performance cars!) they are your dudes!
There is also none of that sales pressure a lot of main dealers put on(oh someone wants to pay a deposit for the car now, but I'll hold it for you if you decide by tomorrow etc etc) or none of that fobbing you off if you appear a little undecided.

The level of car preparation is second to none. Their cars are detailed so meticulously and pedantically that they are in better condition than brand new showroom cars.
I was totally gobsmacked at how thoroughly prepared my car was, when it was revealed to me on pick-up day. I honestly got goosebumps and heart palpitations!
Ollie took some nice pictures of the car reveal moment (he really does a brilliant job with his cameras, a professional photographer / filmmaker!).
Louis spent a lot of time with me to set up the MMI and pairing it to my myAudi app and also we went through every setting together and through all the details of various car aspects (including tyre repair kit etc etc).

Post-sale, Dhyllan and Louis will also always reply to any messages you send them with questions about the car, and will do their utmost to help you. They paid for my 2nd key supplied and coded by Audi, no questions asked. Find me another dealer who will do that for you!? Exactly, it doesn’t exist.

I could keep typing a lot more and this review would be about the longest in history, but I'll say one thing: if you are a performance car enthusiast who wants to buy a car from someone who loves performance cars and doesn't just sell them for the sake of selling, go to Automotive Addiction. You will never regret buying a car from them, and in fact like me you’ll wish you had met them earlier in life!
Can't give more than 5 stars because that's the top score, but these guys deserve a score well "over-the-top"! I'll be back to Telford for more, I know that.

Couldn’t fault Dhyllan and his team spectacular service from my first point of contact,

Finance was arranged at a very competitive rate, they offered me a very good price on my trade anb even included a full tank of fuel in the car to drive home, I’ve never picked up a used car with a full tank!

They arranged for collection out of hours to suit my work schedule arrangements were made or my cherished plate to be put on the vehicle

After having the whole car ceramic coated they provided full details of all the correct detailing products and tools specifically for the car to keep it in perfect condition

I had driven the car for a few months when a brake warning light came on I contacted Dhyllan and he assured me everything would be done to rectify the problem

The car had ceramic brake rotors and I dread to think how much the replacement pads where that were supplied free of charge

Recently I’ve kept in touch about the car for a few other reasons the always get back to me with helpful information

A first class service I would recommend them if you’re looking for something a bit special.

After I decided that I wanted to buy an Audi RS3 I went online to find one and that is when I came across Automotive Addiction. I was very impressed with their presentation of all the cars and particularly their attention to detail. There was a beautiful RS3 so I called them and spoke to Dhyllan who further impressed me with his knowledge and general love of cars. I went to their premises in Telford which is 140 miles from me but so worth the effort. From the moment I arrived I knew I was in the presence of true petrolheads who love what they do. The test drive was epic and I knew I had to buy that car. A quick discussion with Dhyllan followed and terms were agreed. I also wanted the car ceramic coated and a reversing camera fitted. This was done and I returned to collect the car the following weekend. It was displayed in a very brightly lit booth so every detail of the car could be easily seen. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. I have never seen a car look so immaculate and unbelievably it was mine. Main dealers should take note as this is how to present a car to a customer. This is the future of car buying.
Dhyllan and his main man Louis are an absolute pleasure to deal with and it was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had.
Also Dhyllan was extremely helpful with the aftercare of the ceramic coating and any other questions I had.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and I am already looking forward to the next car that I am going to buy from Automotive Addiction.

Brilliant customer service from beginning to end. I first contacted Dhyllan to enquire about an Rs3 I’d seen on his website. We arranged a visit and all I can say is amazing!! Standing amongst all these cars given so much attention to detail was fantastic. We choose our car and collected it at out convenience. The collection process is outstanding, revealing the car in all its glory!

I recently purchased a Golf ClubSport S from Automotive
Addiction, from a general enquiry to arranging a viewing on a Sunday (they kindly opened the garage to allow me and my son to view the car) there was no hard sale like some garages from Louis, Dhyllan even turned up mid-morning, these lads are real car enthusiasts and provide a great service, we spent over 4 hours looking round the garage and car, plus what services they can provide, once we agreed a sale they even opened the garage for an early collection at 07.30am as we had travelled down from the north. the car looked fab when we turned up, I would highly recommend this garage to fellow motorists the service you get is first class, and they also give you plenty of advice and information on how to look after your car when you get it home.

From coming from a stage 3 RS3 8P I was unsure if moving to an 8V would be a worthwhile upgrade. I was invited to test drive a couple of 8V DAZA/DNWA with different specifications to see what I thought. As soon as I sat in the 8V I was immediately sold by the platform. I was sold when I saw the right spec car available too and from there on it was time to move the 8P on after 7 years. What an experience, the showroom, the cars and the time taken by all of the staff to talk about specs, the processes involved with the stock. What can I say about this gentleman, he knows his stuff and his professionalism is outstanding. I've done a lot of business with him through cars/parts and always leave with a 1st class service. The quality of the cars I have seen out of show room is 2nd to none so will be no complaints buying off him.

Automotive Addiction were extremely helpful in my recent purchase of a performance vehicle. This is my first experience of owning a vehicle of this nature, being an experienced driver via many years of mileage in company cars, but very little experience in owning/driving vehicles of this type. From the first enquiry through an online vehicle advertiser, to their website and then via their prompt response, they were very helpful and communicative throughout. Initially Louis gave me some very helpful insight into various cars at the level I was enquiring at, and then I met Dhyllan who helped with more specifics and recommendations. Test drives of comparable performance cars were kindly arranged for me, which was very helpful in narrowing down my search/making sure I was making the right decision on the model I was interested in. They were also very proactive and helpful in trying to facilitate a trade sale of my outgoing vehicle, circulating details to their network with photos. I achieved a sale ultimately, and the time came to progress my new purchase with Automotive Addiction. The car had been prepared to a faultless level of detail, immaculate inside and out, and I complimented the purchase with a full Ceramic coating of the vehicle and also the protection of a Ghost II immobiliser for extra peace of mind. I have found the AA team to be very helpful, knowledgeable and full of recommendations on varying aspects of owning and maintaining a performance vehicle. I will undoubtedly be keeping in touch with the guys and look forward to seeing them soon.

I was recently in touch directly with Dhyllan regarding RS3's that were available for purchase, from the initial messages/calls it was clear to me why his (and company) reputation was held in such high regard. I have been dealing with Dhyllan now for 8 years. In that time I have purchased his cars, he has sold mine,plus he also detailed and protected other cars I have purchased. Every interaction with him is hassle free and I have lost count of the number of times he has given me invaluable information, for free. Truly he is addicted to automation and his quest for car perfection. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

With a job loss and a baby born in the same week i needed to let my rs3 go! Lots of other places wanted to under charge me for what its really worth! So i got in contact with Dhyllan at Automotive addiction who asked me a few questions and gave me a reasonable quote and made it so easy for me to sell! I struggled to get it to him as im 2 hours away with a fiancee laid up so he organised collection with a really nice company, He came had a look round it sent over some photos and then loaded the car in the mean time Dhyllan paid off the finance and sent me receipt before the car left. This is my third car from Dhyllan and not what I actually went to buy. The full team are passionate about cars and that’s what separates them from all the other Garages .

The main reason I went to Automotive Addiction years ago is simple, I trusted them from day one!! The car was everything I’ve ever wanted literally the perfect spec and Dhyllan was there to answer all my queries throughout the whole process. The showroom and detailing bays are absolutely immaculate as are all the vehicles that are in stock some beautiful examples.

Louis was also amazing on collection day also weeks prior to picking the car up collecting myself from the train station ect also he spent the best part of an hour explaining the work done on the car and how everything works .

I have a very low opinion of car sales people and dealerships in general due to bad experiences in the past.

I was in the market for a BMW M4 G82 Competition. I had initially approached another dealer regarding one of their cars. As they were a 3hr drive away, I requested a walk around video and they said they would do one for me - which they didn’t. I told them I would like to come for a test drive and viewing and they did not even come back to me.

I came across AA as they were selling a very similar car. I was impressed that they had undertaken a forensic analysis of the car and all the details were on the website. The walk around video was also first class.

I initially spoke to Louis and then Dhyllan, both came across as very professional and knowledgeable which was refreshing based on my previous experiences.

I made an appointment to come and view the car. Dhyllan made time even though they had a Porsche event on that day. I was not able to test drive the actual car I was interested in due to the amount of detailing work that goes into it. However, Dhyllan let me drive his M3 which had a very similar spec.

I agreed to purchase the car that day, everything after that was easy in terms of the deposit and finance. Once that was all sorted, Dhyllan also let me delay the pick up for a week due to unforeseen circumstances.

Louis did the handover on a Sunday, by appointment, which was a nice gesture. He spent a good hour or so going through the controls and options available on the car. He also kindly provided a breakdown on the cleaning materials and process required to keep the car looking good.

In terms of presentation and attention to detail the car was absolutely immaculate. I am pretty sure it did not look that good when it was new. I also had the car ceramic coated.

I was kept up to speed with everything during the buying process and when the ceramic coating was applied. Receiving pictures along the way, which was a nice touch. Dhyllan also recommended some insurance providers which saved some money.

I would definitely recommend Dhyllan and his team.

Flawless customer attention from start to finish. Spent a lot of time going through even the smallest bits, Dhyllan and Louis giving up their time through the day to cover all bases. Highly recommended for any lover of cars, good to deal with like minded sellers who really know their cars.

The team are great, they handled the sale of my F82 M4 perfectly, I couldn't have asked to be treated better that day.
I will use them in the future, no doubt. In fact my next RS3 (8Y) will more than likely come from them.
