Having been a customer of Automotive Addiction for the past 10 years, I can vouch that there is no-one else in the industry operating at such a high level. The quality of the product, the customer service and the experience is something you can’t put a price on.

I’ve dealt with Dhyllan personally on not only cars that I have purchased through his company but also cars that my family have purchased through him, we would never look anywhere else and have absolutely no need to.

If you are in the market for a car then leave it to the professionals and wait to be amazed on your collection day, I still can’t sleep the night before I’m going to collect a car from him 10 years on!

Well, what can I say that hasn't been said already? Dhylan and his team are nothing short of perfection. The premise? The stock? The Knowledge? The experience? The aftercare? All of it Excellence at the highest level. No pushy tactics like normal dealers, they will help you find the car that suits you the best and will work with you to further enhance the car and experience. I have bought 3 cars from automotive addiction, from early stages of the company to where it is now, and when I think they cant get any better they surprise me and surpass my previous experience.
As you can see from all the other reviews if you want a 5* experience when buying a performance car... This is the place to go. If I could give 10 * I would.

I first found Automotive Addiction via an ebay listing for a vehicle that looked amazing and having looked at there website i could tell the level of service would be good, obviously this was an understatement, i was literally blown away at the level of service, i wasn't buying a car, i was selling a car that i felt would fit in nicely with the vehicles they retail. My first point of contact was with Louis and from the onset it was a great start, they agreed to give me exactly what i wanted for the vehicle and so we arranged a day to deliver the vehicle to themselves. On arrival i met Dhyllan, a really nice guy, pleasant honest and very knowledgeable, a true petrol head with a passion for detail, Dhyllan kindly gave me a tour of the detailing bays and the vehicles they have in stock, the level of the detailing being carried out was on another level something you don't see and certainly way above any dealership will offer. Its very clear Dhyllan has a very high standard of finish and every vehicle is finished to that standard.

This is my 2nd car from Dhyllan & Louis and it was a pleasure on both occasions, from start to finish I was sent videos of the car getting ready.

The attention to detail is 2nd to none couldn't rate these guys enough, keep up the good work and see you soon.

2 years ago I put a post out asking where’s the best place to buy a Audi rs3 after that received multiple comments recommending automotive addiction so I got in touch with these guys and straight away they were nothing but helpful within a week they had found me a car and suggested a few Suttle modification and a ceramic coat so I went with there choices and it transformed the car they clearly have a eye for detail and 2 years on the ceramic coat is still as good as the day they put it on . The car has been faultless so far and still puts a smile in my face 😁 the collection was very professional and quick,any information I’ve required about servicing etc over the 2 year period they have been happy to help and we’ve kept in touch and will certainly be getting future cars from them they are outstanding at what they do

Really the best experience I have had when I have been buying car I was looking for a bmw m4 for the past 2 years and when I found this dealership they were very helpful and responsive with helping me source and supply my car which I absolutely love and so happy with I advise anyone who is looking for a car to go to this garage with a quick and easy sale and very friendly people

Me and my daughter visited automotive addiction on the 12th May and we were greeted by Louis, who I already spoken to via online. Louis was exceptionally helpful to all of our questions and knowledge about cars was super impressive. Whilst we were there we viewed 3 cars and he even drove us for a test drive in one of them. We were then greeted by Dhyllan who is the director of the company and you can clearly see he takes great pride in the business and the staff alongside him.
On that day I settled for the Audi RS3 Saloon - the car Dhyllan actually shown up in! As soon as I saw it, I knew it was the one for me. A week flown by, all details exchanged and it was ready to pick up. Can I just say how amazed I was by the whole process, throughout all week I was sent videos and images of the car being cleaned which I thought was so impressive. It’s just the little things that make the whole experience so much better.
On the day of pick up, the car was revealed to us by an electronic car cover. Oh wow, it was like it was a brand new car. The attention to detail from the boys were out of this world and I can’t thank them enough. We had a full itinerary on how to use the car via Louis and I can’t fault him either, even a few weeks after he’s always there to answer the phone when I’m need.

I can't praise Dhyllan and the guys at Automotive Addiction enough. They purchased a car from me and the whole process was both professional and an entirely pleasurable experience. As a result, I have since dealt with AA on another business matter as well as looking to purchase a car from them more recently. They sell cars that 'stir the soul', all of which are presented to an extremely high standard. Dhyllan is enthusiastic and clearly passionate about what he does, without ever being pushy or 'salesman like' in his approach. I will, no doubt, deal with them again in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
