I have purchased multiple vehicles from Automotive Addiction over the years, and each time the experience has been 5 star. Dhyllan and the team always go above and beyond to meet my needs and their standards are beyond expectations. My recent visit was to have a security ghost fitted to my vehicle and my bosses vehicle, Dhyllan got me booked in quicker than expected and the turn around was fast and convenient. I have recommended to many of my family and friends and I won’t hesitate to look here first for my next vehicle purchase. If you are looking for high quality, well maintained vehicles with excellent customer service, then this is the place for you.

Would highly recommend these guys, spotted the car I wanted on there Web page and from first point of contact they have been amazing. Did exactly what they said they would do and beyond. Well worth travelling down from Scotland to pick up my Rs3 8v. Car looked amazing and pretty much like brand new on collection. Louis was my main source of contact and he was very polite and informative, but have to say the whole team are brilliant and more importantly care about what they do and the finished product. Would definitely recommend and buy again from them.

Have purchased both my RS3’s from Automotive addiction since meeting the team back in 2017, I knew as soon as I spoke to Dhyllan that I wouldn’t need to look any further for any of my future cars. The attention to detail as I am sure every review says is exactly correct, the level these guys work at is just unmatched. I had my stage 1 and also my stage 3 RS3’s ceramic coated prior to collection to maintain the flawless paintwork you pick the car up with and can also spec the mods to suit your liking prior to pickup. I was kept informed via every step of correction and the whole journey of buying the car was extremely fun and enjoyable. The team has moved from strength to strength over the years and the stock availability is incredible considering how many exclusive colours are in the mix. If you are looking for a high end car, give these guys a shout you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve bought many cars in my life but go to automotive Addiction and you get treatment that is unbelievable. The handover is just out of this world. The finished to the Cars is better than brand-new. The last two cars that were handed over to me which were a Q8 RS and Yaris GR were handled by Louis, who was very professional in the way he conducted the handover he knew everything about the cars and explained it in plain English very thorough. Excellent hand over. There would be a lot of garages that would do well to listen to these people. I think they are the best I’ve ever purchased a car from and there’s more to come 👍

Dhyllan, Louis and the team are super dedicated to their craft; know the cars they offer inside and out and give a genuine honest view on anything cars-based because they have invested hugely in building knowledge, which is rare in this industry! I went to view a car last week totally unplanned and a spur of the moment thing. I sent a message and was told to pop down which i did, and i am so glad i did too. I was totally blown away by the set up of this business. The cars are presented in impeccable condition and the guy I was dealing with (Louis) was knowledgable, patient, non pushy and a genuinely nice guy. We chatted and he answered any questions I had and offered me lots of advice. Absolutely nothing was to much trouble for them.
Unfortunately after a few days of thinking with my sensible head on I decided that buying the car wasn’t quite the right thing for me to do at this moment in time. However when I am ready to buy my next car I will definitely pop down to see their stock!

Attention to detail and communication is a step above anywhere else iv dealt with when buying a car. There are cheaper cars out there, but you will not find any at this level. I will happily pay the AA price for true piece of mind and experience. Dhyllan is more like a friend than a car salesman and his knowledge is spot on. You wont go wrong with this place and you can trust whatever you buy it will be better than brand new when you collect it 👌

Where do i start, they are an amazing company to deal with, I have been dealing with automotive addiction for about 8 years, purchased many cars from these guys and every experience has allways been perfection and outshone the previous experience!

They provide an incredibly unique and personable car buying experience that sets the bar so dam high that it will never be matched anywhere else.

They are incredibly knowledgeable on all the cars they sell, they know the ins and outs of everything, from the history of the vehicle to the factory optional extras and all the way through to the after market modifications.

They only sell the best car examples in the country, not only that but they will ensure that the car is too perfection in every way possible, even going to the extremes of performing a clean on every exposed nut and bolt.

They will look after you from the moment you make your first call to arrange a viewing, but what is unique to Automotive Addiction is that even after 1 year on from my purchase, they still support me with my vehicle and they have spent 10s of hours on the phone to me, talking me through both support when things go wrong and future upgrades.

I can ensure you, that the experience from Automotive Addiction is so dam good, that you will flat out refuse to purchase a car from anywhere else ever again, I personally would rather wait till they have a certain car arrive in their stock list, than go to the main dealer, this includes brand spanking new vehicles!

Absolutely amazing team! I purchased a very high spec Audi Rs3 around 2 years ago. From start to finish the service I received was incredible. The whole team have so much knowledge on these cars and other cars aswell.

Louis and Dhyllan made me and my wife very comfortable with the whole transaction from selling our golf r in part ex with the Rs3. We had all our specific needs for the car met which exceeded expectations by far.

He was extremely professional and friendly throughout and made the whole process very easy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a performance car again in the future.

RS3 Purchase
I took ownership of my 2017 Nardo grey RS3 saloon and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such professionalism when buying a car. It helps, if like Dhyllan and his team you are car enthusiasts with focus on complete customer satisfaction right down to the last detail. From the first time I met Dhyllan and his team there was complete transparency about everything Automotive Addiction are about. I was shown all around their workshop premises and detailing studios and it was obvious Dhyllan was proud of what they do. I could see first hand some of the modifications on offer and had everything clearly documented to me. As the car went through the detailed preparation process I was kept up to date with photos and videos. On collection I had all the cars features and modifications demonstrated to me and the car was presented to me in showroom condition. I was then sent a photo shoot of my car from the day of collection. All this added up to the best car buying experience I've ever had from start to finish.
