So, just over 8 years ago I made contact with Dhyllan over the phone, it was after spending a few weeks viewing his website for a very particular car – To cut a long story short, I collected my Mk1 Focus RS from Automotive Addiction just a few weeks later following that initial call...



The experience that I had from when I first made contact with Dhyllan, the regular updates on the preparation process, to when he collected me from Telford Central train station in his awesome RS6 to when we rolled up and I first laid eyes on my pristine RS was 1st class.

I have stayed in contact with Dhyllan, having annual “check ins” where we share what has happened over the last 12 months, I send him photos of my Focus RS so he can see that I am taking good care of it. In that time I have seen Dhyllan and his team grow their business to what it is today – It has been exceptional and it is clear that as the business has grown so has their passion for what they do.

Automotive Addiction source only the highest quality, highest specification cars and are able to do so because they have built up a great reputation - I am sure many of their customers come back for more!

I have kept hold of the RS I was sold, simply because they answered by addiction so comprehensively the 1st time round. And I still have no problem recommending Automotive Addiction to anybody that is in the market for that “special” car – Great Work

The team at Automotive Addiction are exceptional. Dhyllan has an impeccable taste for styling, an eye for detail, and a very relaxed, approachable style which made my car buying experience a delight. The team were very accommodating in working to a restricted schedule to prepare the car for delivery in a way which suited my work commitments. I was kept informed of the preparation process with many pictures and videos of my car shared as works progressed, which made it feel like a truly personalised, exclusive service. It didn’t end with driving the car away either. The aftersales support has been top notch. Automotive Addiction are highly recommended.

After an unexpected family event we were left with a car that we needed to sell. After getting ridiculous offers from the online auction sites I spoke to Louis at Automotive who offered to sell the car for us. The whole process was handled perfectly , kept updated and the car was sold at a price we were happy with. Just an amazing experience from start to finish. From the initial first point of contact with Dhyllan to picking the car up has been a first class experience. The knowledge and quality of his vehicles to the highest car preparation I’ve ever come across is something else. These cars leave his premises looking better than they do new. The attention to detail is something else. There’s not one inch of his cars that doesn’t get touched. Dhyllan made the experience like no other and made the transition so easy nothing was too much for him. He kept you up dated throughout with update pictures and videos of the preparation and the effort he goes to on collection day is brilliant. Well where to start, I recently purchased a golf r from automotive addiction and all I can say is WOW. The process was so easy from start to finish! Both Dhyllan and Louis we’re both so helpful during the process of purchasing the vehicle and right up to the collection. Nothing was too much hassle for them and I was constantly kept updated on the progress of the vehicle threw every stage of the process. I opted for a ghost and ceramic coating and that was no problem to them. What an amazing company to purchase a performance car from! From there customer service right down to there incredible attention to detail! There passion for performance cars and there customer service is absolutely second to non. I would highly recommend these guys if your in the market for a luxury and performance car and I myself will 100% be a returning customer!

I purchased my first Audi RS3 from Automotive Addiction 5 weeks ago. I can't express enough, how happy I am with the purchase. The car came with full PPF, fitted from new by this wonderful team of perfectionists giving it a full black satin look. The moment I got off my first phone call with Dhyllan I knew I had to join his long list of happy customers. His knowledge and passion is second to none and blew me away. As soon as I committed to purchasing the car, I was sent pictures and videos of the work the Automotive team were doing prepping the car. It made such a difference knowing I was buying from a dealer which generally cared about their customer. Trust is key for me and is hard to come by these days. The collection day was special - nothing was rushed and Dhyllan even took the time to show me and my young son round his units which had a collection of very special cars. Let me tell you a quick story, In this picture you are seeing a 24 year old picking up his dream car, all thanks to the Automotive Addiction team. They made my dreams come true at a young age, they made it possible for me to have a 560 BHP car and for those car enthusiasts out there you know what that would have meant to me. If going above and beyond for me on this and all the servicing, MOT and any mods I wanted to add wasn’t enough, when I came to them with a financial crisis and needed to downgrade my car due to other commitments after 18 months of owning this beast, Louis and Dhyllan advised me on the best course of action and then sorted me out with a car from them that was a downgrade like I requested but also one I could take pride in. I then kept that car for a while before moving on again and me being bad with money and having a spending habit, where most people would have taken advantage of that, Dhyllan (who also had a business to run) took a lot of time out of his days helping me with financial issues and giving me advice and guidance that I will remember forever.
I have had a lot of cars in the past and I can honestly say that not in a million years would I have thought I would get that kind of service. They have gone above and beyond time and time again for me without hesitation and not wanted anything in return, I am eternally grateful for that.
I look forward to being a part of their customer base for many years to come. If you want to buy a car from the best then these are the guys are top of the tree.

I have purchased 3 cars over a long period of time and they have always been 10/10 with service. From initial communication to after care they have been brilliant.

My most recent purchase was a cheaper car than my first 2 and the level of detail and care was exactly the same as the other 2.

Picture of the whole detailing process and extra work carried out is a great touch. The whole team are friendly and spend time talking to you about anything you want to know. Wouldn't buy a used car from anyone else.

From the minute I picked up the phone with Louis I knew I was in good hands, he provided alot of information and knowledge aiding me to pick the right vehicle for myself.
