One of the employees was typing the data from ID and made like 3 mistakes in 10 words. When asked to fix it (we wanted proper data on documents), employee was frustrated that she have to do it right now. What is more, some of the mistakes were still there. Dropbox for keys is a hole in a metal wall. Very weird and we were not sure if we should drop the keys from that height (not knowing what is on the other side).

I rented a car from them 7 months ago.
They have just taken £220 from my credit card.
They claim this money was to correct a scratch that was smaller than a human hair and too tiny to see with the naked eye!! I had to put on reading glasses to even see it. The mark was so small it could easily have been there when we took the car. I do not believe for one minute that it has been “mended” as this would be pointless.

The amount charged is ridiculous.
This company are treating us as a source of bonus cash and charging whatever they think they can get away with many months after the hire period.

This is shameful malpractice.
If you rent from them, bring a magnifying glass and spend an hour checking the car before you drive away, otherwise you too might end up being fleeced.

Fast service in the office in the airport terminal. The rental car park is right next to the terminal. The car was new (2023), in good condition. All damages was included in the report - I found nothing else. Returning the car was also easy - fuel check, exterior inspection, photographic documentation. The deposit was returned after 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the car and the service.

I had to return the car to the airport for an exchange as an engine warning light came on. 3.5 hours of my time and a 230k round trip. All they were concerned about was that I had filled the fuel tank.

Very professional staff. They spoke good English and had the documents ready and had all the scratches and damages marked honestly.
Only "issue" was that we required snow chains as we were going into the mountains but I suspect that in Bari they were not a legal requisite as in Abruzzo. We quickly remedied by buying a set at a service station.
Will definitely be using them again.

A great service at Bari Airport by 2 of the most helpful ladies I have come across in the car rental business. Nothing was too much trouble, they speak excellent English for travellers like myself whose Italian is basic. Many thanks for starting my business trip off with a smile !
